I shall be watching, obviously hoping for a Uruguay win but also hoping that Ecuador can win in already qualified Chile. Would be great if the Argies don't even get a second chance at getting through. :-)
My understanding is that written into the current legislation any company buying current loans would not be able to change the interest rate. However any future loans students take out could be affected and lent at a higher rate. Not an ideal scenario given the current level of student debt.
this is true, it moved a couple of years ago i think. Still very little focus is given to Bournemouth though in the paper. not a bad thing imo but may push sales up if they did.
