We must have a hate figure. It always amazes me that regardless of how well we are doing there has to be one player who gets abuse. I'm putting in an early nomination for Danny Fox for next season, **** at tracking back.

My biggest gripe is everytime he comes on and does something a bunch of mongs start shouting Steeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeve. Not his fault but i don't want him to ever play because of it.

Always an enjoyable tournament to watch. Like you say the teams have such varying abilties within their own squads, you'll have a striker who plays champions league and a centre half who is semi-pro in the Zambian 1st division. It should be a fascinating tournament this year given the failure of Egypt (won the last 3 tournaments), Cameroon, Nigeria and South Africas to qualify. Ghana and Ivory Coast would be the obvious favourites but the Ivorians do not have a great history in the tournament and Gyan is not 100% fit for Ghana. I cannot see co-hosts Equatorial Guniea doing much, ranked 151st in the FIFA standings and in true Cup of Nations fashion only appointed their manager 18 days ago. Shame they didn't plump for Cup of Nations legend Bruno Metsu, it'll be a weaker tournament without him I think Senegal would be a good bet from the group of "outsiders" their strike force is quality, and they have a relativly easy group to get warmed up in.
