No. The academy has been on the slide ever since he left. This could well assist the "5year plan" as we wont be playing his new signings this or next year because that worked so well didn't it. But by his mere presence and signs of the clubs revival could well be an attraction.

The chances of getting kids of Theo's ilk signing for a Division 3 club are remote. Re-employing Malcolm Elias should be top on Pinnacle's list of things to do.
