I do see your point, They have to keep ahead to get these things out fast though in fairness to them. Maybe they had a 'isn't she fantastic' one too? Ever the optimist here!
-
Hence not showing it until she was proven guilty?

Not at all! The care system is, in some ways, appalling. It let me down. I chose to remain out of the system. It was FAR too late before they found out what was happening and the only place for me was at the local drug addicts hostal. I decided that wasn't for me because i'm too  LOL Living in Portsmouth I see a fair number of parents with children and think that but then remember you should never make assumptions based on looks. Some of these parents who look 'young and chavvy' are actually fantastic parents. Everyone thought my mother was great.. appearances can be VERY deceiving.

oooooo thank you. I am christmas shopping this weekend and am sure some of those will come in very handy!

It's hard to say. Research suggests that adults who grew up in care do much worse than those who did not. If she manages to get adopted then her chances will be much better, but it's not easy to get children her age adopted. Growing up in care, when she reaches the age of 18 she will be in the same position as me - totally alone with no family and therefore no back up of any kind. Let me tell you that it is not easy by any stretch of the imagination. It's up to her essentially. If she has the motivation to do well then she will. But it's very easy to not. For me, the temptation to grow up a total waste of space was great as it's a lot easier and it's what the people around you are doing. But I had the motivation to cut myself off from pretty much everyone to do well at college because I knew I could do a lot better with my life, and am now doing so.

Now that would be cheaper. You can use it again and again too.

Sounds like a question for the 118 team!

I see your point but personally I wouldn't be at all bothered about driving round Brands Hatch. My partner races so I can always have a go in his on a track day if I was really bothered. I enjoy the social side of the wii, it's a nice thing to play on with mates, have a cheap night it. I also enjoy the fact that it's always there and doesn't have to be arranged blah blah hassle etc.
-
Only once, I can play on wii fit all I like now i've paid for it only once. I see your point with monkey ball, although I like it. I was just making the point that there are games of things you can so easily do in real life.
-
Wii fit has skiing - MUCH cheaper and easier, mario kart, all the games such as super mario, my personal favourite of super monkey ball... I don't think it would be simple to find a monkey, put it in a giant hamster ball and make it roll round a maze picking up floating banannas.

I guess it saves you the hassle of going out and purchasing a dart board, a basketball and a beanbag. I wouldn't want to have to carry home a beanbag. I would dislike waiting in for one to be delivered even more! Not a game I have. I enjoy wii fit a lot. Mario kart too (sadly I will have to purchase a new copy of this now though). I found the sonic game awful, which surprised me.

Sounds like you get great, really memorable, presents in your house!

I ended up listening to some weird geek talking about donkey punch on youtube and decided to look no further. This can remain a mystery.
-
Eeerrr... explain that to the 'being blonde today person' please. You reminded me to add tissues and a towel to my list.
-
I'm not up to date on this female code, and will therefore have to assume you made it up! Thanks for reminding me I have to add some items to my shopping list though.

I'm buying a couple of small presents for the boyfriend and his family for christmas day. I will be buying the rest of his presents and my sister and my friends between christmas and new year because 1. i get a grant 2. i'll get more for my money and I won't be seeing any of them till after the new year anyway - so it makes sense to get them more considering they won't get them any earlier if i pay more. So before christmas I can't see myself spending more than £50. But after christmas a bit more... but still not a lot as I don't have many people to buy for this year.

a) A handbag and a purse (just a guess) b) Possibly best not to ask

Watched tv late at night or had sex with a horse? I've done only one of those things and I shall allow you to guess which one.
-
Never watched that. I think it was on late at night/ very early morning
-
I once saw a programme about a lady who was having sex with a horse. She said it was because the horse enjoyed it. She said it used to rub up against her, get an erection and then she would position herself and put the horse inside her (that's the best way I can think of describing it). It was absolutely disgusing. Worse still they did an interview with her boyfriend who said he was ok with it because he realised the horse was 'larger' than him and he knew that therefore the horse could fill his girlfriend up more and pleasure her more as a result. I'm unsure if it was a fake programme or not. It was equally disgusting if it was real or fake!

The 11th sounds good to me! If I were putting up decorations it would be around the same time. It depends on what you're happy with. If you want to put up your decorations in september in your own home why not. Personally I hate decorations being up really early but each to their own in their own homes!
-
ooooooo... that looks like something I would like. Thanks for that - I'll have a look.
-
I'm not actually sure why but I found that very funny. Thanks for posting it!

Thanks but it's not my engagement party! I don't plan on getting married for a very long time! -
+1 What is going on there? It looks disgusting. Have his legs/socks gone mouldy?
