Absolutely no indication of anything that has been printed in the press,eg up for sale or no interest in the club. I wonder if the "few smiles" means we may be signing some players ? I am a bit shocked tbh,Saints under NC would never come out with a update for the fans. KL and her advisors have handled this in the best possible way IMO,I hope they stick around and take us to the next level

Didn't he say if he bought Villareal he would wipe out there debt and give them £50mill transfer kitty I for one would welcome our new Chinese owners with open arms,hopefully they tear up Fox and Gazzas contract

As much as I love RL he just looks off the pace from our quick style of play I cant see him picking up form between now and the end of the season,I would love him to stay with us but if offered £7mill I would take it.

With the money the Liebherrs have pumped in transfers,development of the training etc etc would they make a lot back from it? surely if they get us to the level we were aiming at (european football) the value of the club will be higher? Just out of interest what do people think we will be worth on the market?

Will Rickie really increase his WC chances at WH? he may start more games but will he score the goals? Carroll is back from injury and they have signed Traore so will he get the game time? WH play some awful awful football and will that make him look at better player than at SFC? I don't think it will and I reckon he will play second fiddle to AC who may well end up taking his WC place,Rickie needs to stay with us where he will score goals and play better football

If we have just spent £30 odd mill on a world class training facility why on earth would we start taking steps back? KL may know nothing about football but I bet you she knows about business and if she doesn't she has one hell of a team behind her that does,she will be well aware of the vision and "Southampton way" she has shelled out over £100 mill for various transfers /Developments I doubt she will not see this out, Lambert may be sold and Shaw but that's only because the deals being offered to us will be to good to turn down and from a business sense it is a great deal. Reports are that NC was sorting out the RL deal to WH yesterday so even he knew it was good business sense,people assuming our players are off need to get a grip,every team in the prem is a selling club apart from City and Chelsea,if a bigger team comes in and the price is right they will be off that has always been the case,the only thing is we need to make sure we get the absolute best price for our players when that time comes

Until we see KL's intentions we are sure of nothing,for all we know she may be keen to throw a ****load of cash at foreign superstars to play for us but NC wanted to go down the homegrown route?

I wonder if any of this has anything to do with City or anyone putting in a big bid for Shaw? NC said no,KL said yes ?? I know its pure speculation,but how could KL have more involvement in the club ?? I would imagine we have had quite a few big bids over the last couple of seasons for players and NC has said feck off,maybe she wants to start recouping some of the cash they have laid out?
