The way I see it is Liverpool won't budge from there poor offer and refuse to meet our valuation,we won't budge as that sends out a message that 1 we are weak 2 it's open season on the players we are trying hard to keep The only way AL will get his move is for him or his agent to do everything possible to make it difficult to return,plus they are trying to do this without handing in a request as that will cost him £££

Hero to Zero in 3 weeks Not sure if its media or AL & his people,but someone is doing there very best to make sure he forces his way out,it will get to a point that he will be unable to return as he will burn bridges with the club and fans. The Liverpool fans never really turned on Suarez because he is world class,Lallana as good as he may be is replaceable and not world class I just hope the board stick to there guns and hold out for the money they want and not give in and accept less just because he has turned the fans against him and made sure coming back to Saints is not a option

What makes this whole saga even more annoying for me is when Lallana makes comments like this last year "If someone was to say that I'd end my career playing for Southampton in the Premier League then I'd snap your hand off for it." And now he want's out at all costs just because he has had one good season,I really don't get it,we have been through much sh11ter times at Southampton than this but yet the rats want to abandon ship. We do not have a manager thats it,and if reports are true Koeman is at the very top of the list,he is no slouch he has a good record and fits the Southampton way very well imo,if I was a player at saints I would be relishing the chance of working with someone like that who on paper is a upgrade on Pochettino.

All this kerfuffle for someone that can only play for 60 mins :-) If he wants out,let him go imo (at the right price)....I understand that its Rickie's home grown team but if Ads or Lambert think they will walk into that 1st team they have another thing coming,the grass is always greener etc etc Liverpool have bigger plans this summer than signing Ads or Lambert,they will deffo strengthen the defence but will know doubt add a winger or two.

Who pays who's wages here? Yes he has shown loyalty,but he has earned more money from it than any of us loyal fans that turn up week in week out. The club don't want to sell,but if they are forced into it they want £30mill I actually commend the board for looking after the clubs best interest If they are refusing to sell it gives me a glimmer of hope that we may be looking to build on the success we had last season and that they considered SRL as surplus to requirements as we are going to get in a worldly next season Like I said its a glimmer of hope

If we get Koeman,£50mill kitty and only SRL & Shaw leave I would say that is not too bad I know SRL is a hero etc,but he would have no guarantee he would start next season when a new manager had put his stamp on the team. And I think 99% of us are resigned to losing Shaw so losing those two are replaceable to a extent Over the last few days I have read up on Koeman a bit more and the more I read the more I am convinced he would be a great fit for Southampton as he seems to share the same style/traits as us Plus he was a seriously good player who could teach some of the kids a few thing

£50mill to spend ??? As much as I would love that to be true,I just can't see it However if we do get a European manager I am sure they are aware of a few gems that could be very good at a fair price. This could be a elaborate hoax/red herring from within the club to try and appease fans after selling Lambert
