Lets not get it twisted,these players are wanting/asking to leave,its not like they are being forced out These players have been with us for years come through the ranks have one good season in the prem and jump ship at the first chance,they will use MP/NC as a excuse to leave but from what I have seen the club is even more stable than it was this time last year. The players that want out will be sold but for the maximum price we can get,we will rebuild and we will be just as strong if not stronger,Koeman is a bigger draw than MP,players will want to come here and play for us and him.there is no loyalty in football to think that everyone of our star players will be like MLT is bonkers,they will go where the money is and there will always be a team offering more than us

In the grand scheme of things £55mill for Shaw and AL is a cracking bit of business,one has played 60 games scored 0 with 0 assists,the other can't even finish 90 mins (I know they are better than the stats) Anyone that says we cannot replace them for that kind of money is mad. I assume the figures of £70mill kitty last week included the sales of these two.

I would imagine there are players of Shaw/Bale/Ox quality in academy's up and down the country the difference between them and us is we are not afraid to put them in the first team and give them a crack

IMO he has a lot to work on his game and I think he is far from the finished article,he does a decent job of tracking back and he won the ball back quite a few times from the oppo in the last 2 games and that is something the "nations favourite" Rooney didn't do against the Italians I think he could get 5-10 goals a season from a wide position if we signed him and he linked well We could sign far worse players than Welbeck,but being a Utd player and England International I wouldn't be convinced you would get him for a decent price £8-10mill is probably what he is worth,Utd may want closer to £15m

Was never a fan of Welbeck,but I admit I have probably jumped on the bandwagon of dislike without actually watching him play that much,however after seeing him the last 2 games for England I didn't think he was all that bad. With the right training and less expectation on his shoulders (than at Utd) I think he could more than do a job for us on the right side with J-rod left and Pelle up top. If they could link up well that could be a deadly strike force next season,obviously the chances of signing those 2 are slim

I have a feeling that the request went in at the end of the season however the club flat out refused,the agent leaks the story on the eve of the world cup opening game in the hope that Lovren will have Neymar & co in his back pocket and will make every club in the CL know that he is in the shop window and is looking to leave. All seems to well timed to not be true,not to mention Lovren has not even come out and publically denied the story

The buying club know now he wants out so will want to pay less,it then becomes a test to see if we can hold out for what we want or we give in If he goes I would fully expect us to double or money for him if not more. What I want to know is,if he wants to play CL football how does he know a CL club will come in for him unless he has been tapped up? Unless we have already rejected a bid for him

If true,he can get fooked,his stock was low in France and we took a punt on him and gave him the opportunity he needed Also all this bullsh1t about change in chairman/manager is a cop out,MoPo had jumped ship and by the looks of it we are getting a better manager if Les is to be believed Cortese has gone and been replaced with RK,granted he is no NC but KL seems to have the same goals/visions as NC to fufill her late fathers wishes and she owns the bloody club !!!
