I still don't believe he did anything to really warrant the plaudits there was no,Mourinho style 1st half subs,no park the bus/counter attack formations for certain games,it was the same week in week out,granted it was beautiful to watch at times,but sometimes you could see the game needed a change as what we were doing was no working or we had been found out The team pretty much picked itself and he inherited a decent squad with great togetherness. Time will tell if he can push Spurs on,but given how the top boys are strengthening and the Van Gaal/No europe for Man U Spurs will have to go to that next level if they can crash the top 4. I cant see him doing it with no apparent plan B in action.

I would be happy with Concrete Ron / Roncrete,I know plenty of Villa fans and he is there best player by a mile they would be sick as a dog to see him leave,plus he is in the last year of his contract so could be bought for around 4-5 mill
