I would gladly pay extra tax each year if it meant than more jails could be built to harbour these sicko's for longer. Judges are obviously being told to keep sentences light or even avoid due to cronic over crowding ..... but everytime one of these stories or something similar comes up, there is an outcry over the unjustice. Take for example, a few weeks back a 21 one year old lad was spared jail for mowing down a young motorcyclist here in Warsash, because his Dad told the judge he was extremely sorry for what happened Where's the justice for the victim family ? Time one of our political parties stood up & said they were doubling prison sentences across the board & none of this life actually meaning 12 years.

Felt sorry for Liverpool. Took my nipper to a freiendly a couple of seasons back when he was 4 & his first proper game was the Sheff Utd game last year when he was 5. What gets me is that just 4000 turn up for this protest & it gets blanket media coverage....4000 !! for a national advertised protest on the G20, climate change, airport runways etc etc (what coverage did the local media give when 1000 took to the streets of Southampton 2 months back ??) 16 people die coming back from a North Sea oil rig & this gets hardly any attention. Radio Solent have not mentioned Saints at all in their 8am news this morning....apparently Natalie Cole's kidney is more news worthy

Cancelled my Sky Sports subscription around 5 years ago due to cost & have been watching live games via the net ever since. Although last month I had HD installed & Sky gave me 3 months of Sports for half price. Viewing games in glorious HD could well tempt me back.
