Last year there was a bloke in China threatening to jump off some bridge so the police closed the road beneath as expected. A passing retired soldier offered his services to the police so they accepted thinking he would try and talk the jumper down, but instead he pushed him off into the crash mats that had been inflated. The solder said he was fed up because they had been something like half a dozen jumpers already that year.

Players needed for 6 a side charity football tournament

Indoor matches? Now, I wasn't aware of that. Very interesting because the lower light levels indoors makes covering sport very difficult, unless.... :-k -

Mine's normally pushing my hips forward so it doesn't drip on my feet. -

8.5 photos/second to be precise. They're a bit old now but there are still some pro sports photographers using them because they don't trust the focusing on the newer models. -

He hasn't got back to me - can you ask him or Baj can you ask him? I mentioned this to him last night and he's not playing. He said it's been too long since he last dusted off his boots. -

Seeing as I'm on a bit of a roll and I'll need to double check my calendar, but I may just pop down with my camera if you want me there? -
Thanks. I had a really good day covering it. There's quite a lot of rubbish in there too, but I wanted to try and show as many people as possible, so where normally only 5-10% of my pictures might make it to public eyes, this set is probably a third of the total I shot on the day.

Thanks I've created a set on Flickr now after spending 14 hours of yesterday organising them.

Yep. My sister bought me one. The real thing, only it's sourced from the European mainland.

I took this photo at SMS today. It's safe to say that the football club still hold a grudge.

That was a bit harsh. I walked around the pitch but spent most of the time in the shade on the Kingsland sideline. Natwest opened the scoring about three minutes before halftime and the striker completed a back somersault Rob Earnshaw would have been proud of. And only in the Kingsland/Northam corner. I'll be there covering the match as a warm-up to the Game of the Year on Tuesday. Look carefully on the flyer and you'll see that Jimmy Case will be making a guest appearance.

Seller: Romperse You've still got those "B*ll*cks" wristbands I see.

Redbull celebrations in the team pool. You'll notice that a couple of Getty photographers gets in the pool with several thousand pounds worth of kit to capture some great shots whilst ruining everyone else's.

What impresses me the most is the speeling mistake in the very first line. WTF is "Intergrity"? It can't possibly mean "integrity" given the terms Um Bongo has just pointed out which is in direct contradiction to Distance Selling Regulations.

It seems he just can't help himself.

Police wary of trouble for Bournemouth game
Al de Man replied to warsash saint's topic in The Saints
I think the problem that Bournemouth fans have is we just don't consider or treat them as rivals and as a result can be a little patronising towards them. Aww bless. -
I'd second that, but I think the price is a bit out of date. We used the Bus Turistic which run on three circular routes. The North and South cover most of the places of interest, whereas the Forum route appeared most useful for pick ups from the hotels on the waterfront. There are also the orange and blue Barcelona Tours buses, which do a larger single loop. They both cost about the same for a full day's travel (21€/22€) and offer a 2-day ticket for a few euros extra.

How can you say that when the BBC HD channel gave me my 15 minutes of fame?

To a certain extent, I agree. I've had Symantec Corporate edition edition on my PC for the last four years and it's done very little except sit in the background and update automatically. However, I did do a google images search for a stamp and site it directed me to tried to infect me with a trojan so you can never be certain.

...and James Blunt. It's quite understandable why there's no MOWO awards

It's probably similar to us and Tottenham.

Irrespective of his time here, he returned with Stoke and took a shot at goal in the dying minutes rather than returning the ball when Saints conceded possession due to a player being down injured. C**t.
