Alan Pardew himself, in my opinion, at last a manager who wants to be here with the right level of experience and leadership to attract the right type of players. It helps to have the right chairman/owner etc too though. Oh happy days... Can't remember the last time thing felt this positive.

I agree too - Alan Pardew hasn't put a foot wrong yet for me - He comes across as very honest in his media appearances too! This is so much better than recent years - In spite of being in Lge 1

I think that given the desperate situation we were in that Mark Fry managed to pull the club out of the flames at the last momment, so to speak and in my opinion everything turned out well in the finish.

Is anyone else having problems with Saints Player? I am logged into the site and I can view my account but when I try to play any of the videos, it displays the log in screen and won't let me log in!!? ( I am using the correct details) Am I doing something wrong? I'll be ******ed off if I can't sort this before tomorrow

I see that Rasiak is not even named as part of the squad so I assume he is off somewhere but Saga is named - Is he staying with us now? Does anyone know anything? Rumours? Appologies if this has been asked before.

I would be happiest if Rasiak or Saga committed to the club as we need firepower and I can't see any other decent strikers on the horizon
