Jos and Fox must take some blame. How can Gazza be blamed for an own Goal? Their first should have been intercepted long before the goal, either by Gazza or Jos and the third was due to a nothing challenge by Jos. i.e to blame Gazza for all 3 is rubbish. I think teams have targeted our midfield and are pushing the boundaries of fouls and we should get more protection. They did foul us many times without a card being shown. Same happened at Chelsea. But we were defensively ****e.

Spot on. If Ramires had been booked for his synical late challenges then he could not have played at full pelt for 90 minutes. Hence their game would have slowed down and the 4:4:2 less effective.

I think Dortmund were playing this way long before Bayern. And still continue to play that way. It's a difficut way to play for 90 mins and you need to get a few goals behind you - or in our case, keep clean sheets. I think our pressing, high tempo game has been compromised by our defensive qualaties. But what a great base to work from. One last point, we can only play the way we do because of the technically gifted players we have. Not many teams have the players to carry it out. And that includes previous saints teams.
