I doubt this circus is done yet, we have the tax evasion cases to look forward to still. The transfer embargo wont be lifted overnight either. On a side note they showed this really ugly skate who looked like Wurzel Gummidge ( wearing his bad hat wearing head) playing the trumpet outside the courts on both SSN and Meridian Tonight - I nearly fell on the floor when I realised it was a female - Jeez TCWTB has some serious competition from the TTWTT - The Tranny with The Trumpet.

Seems it's not just the financial figures Andronikou likes to massage. Time for another email to Greg Clarke via njones@football-league.co.uk methinks.

Already trying to cheat the rules? http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/Pompey-face-player-crisis.6417911.jp 'However, we expect any appeal hearing to be held in October or November. 'Before then, if the squad is below 20, we can still bring in players, regardless of the embargo. That is allowed and is something we are looking at.' Pompey squad numbers will be reduced over the next week.

This happened to me on my old laptop, it's a common fault usually caused by a Windows update. If it's the same problem then a new drive will not fix it. I had to delete the upper and lower filters in the registry - it sounds complicated but isn't. Back up the registry first. Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe). Locate the UpperFilters value under the following key in the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} On the Edit menu, click Delete, and then click OK. Locate the LowerFilters value under the same key in the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} On the Edit menu, click Delete, and then click OK Note you may only have one set of filters - I only had lower ones.

Take it back to Gamestation ( go to a different branch) and say it has an intermittent fault where it randomly goes on standby or something ( they wont be able to test it as it's a random fault) As you have a receipt and it is under 14 days they should offer you a full refund, do not accept any offers to repair or swap it, you are legally entitled to a refund if it's faulty ( although it's not really) in such a short period of time.

Seems the following voted against the CVA Aquacars Landscape Printers Shell Paul Hart HMRC Steve Kutner Management ( agent to Tommy Smith) I've been through the original PDF ( the April one) of debts and can see Aquacars for £4,789.52, Landscape for £949.33 & Shell for £5,190.11 but can't find Paul Hart or Steve Kutner - mind you I gave up due to my neck aching because of the stupid pdf and it's vertical listings!

Seems the Football League's AGM is very soon - a jolly jaunt to Malta 6-8th June http://www.football-league.co.uk/latestnews/20100603/malta-partnership-announced_2245681_2063057 I hope Nick Jones, Customer Services Officer remembers his words to me of 11th May

Here's a copy of what I sent I could have gone on about their cheating etc but it was nothing new and I was acting on anger at Andronikou announcing the liquidating of one PFC in 9 months and restarting another PFC and just handing league positions etc over.
-
After Andronikou addressed the creditors last week I sent an email to Greg Clarke at the Football League voicing my concerns. I just received a reply Roll on June

Breaking News on SSN The FA and Premier League will not consider any late appplication from Portsmouth for playing in Europe

I still think HMRC and the High Court have a big part left to play in this saga. Some thought HMRC backed down by allowing the administrator to continue despite their concerns over his independence, but I saw it as more of a tactical retreat. It seems to have been an excellent strategy now. Give someone enough rope and they will hang themselves. On a side note am I the only one wondering why nobody, be it Portsmouth players or fans, has had a whip round for St John's Ambulance service - it's not a huge debt but surely the most shocking of all of them, owing money to a charity is despicable.

Jeez, they even owe the milkman over £313
