  1. Me! Me! I know the answer! Its Rupert Lowe! (quesiotn didn't say player)
  2. Well I'd keep both sets of supporters in for 20 minutes - that would sort it out.
  3. Well its possible he's off for a month so he will get lots of games in a new environment and come back refreshed. Best I can do I'm afraid.
  4. Aha! Not Denno, not Benanli, and a drinker! The shortlist is now down to 2! (This is a bit like cluedo!)
  5. And according to OS. Pfeuh..... (Acually, i am not sure how you spell pfeuh... Is that right?)

  9. I think that bascially sums it up: we are the biggest in what is a poorly-supported event. Heard some *** on 606 going on about "how crap Saints were with big stadium nearly empty" and the bigging up Shrewsbury as tha "next big club to break through" with their "new 10,000 capacity stadium". Yet how many did they bring? 1500? Spare me days, eh?

    Gutted

Sounds like he met some of the Midlands equivalent of scottofthenortham, sturomseysaint or snsun. To$$ers. You need to choose which side of the line do you want to walk, Glasshoppah: drunken tosspots or honest, decent citizens. Take yer pick: if the latter, try to avoid the scumbags.
  13. Errr, loans, player sales, player purchases, little kids who adopt a team for no particular reason, people liking the club (they might want to buy the short or go to a game), cooperative attitude when it coes to arranging dates/prices/friendlies etc etc.... Right pricing policy, ridiculous poublic announcement that can only harm the club, but at what benefit?
  14. i agree. PLus he is prone to playing the "wonder pass" - high risk BUT the ones he plays have little upside to them - look great when they (infrequently) come off but don't split defences and hiave little upside. Better choice of passes please
  15. Errr, no... Alex C doesn't have a son (that I know of anyway)
  16. Yeah yeah yeah. So if Lawrie mac had never existed then SFC would be SOOOO much better off, while if Sotonjoe and Crab lungs weren't posting on this forum then the farken world would end.

    Plan B

We were suffering this problem before AP left. He's lost his form this season and why? I dunno, but the best ting to do is to play him thorugh it (or send him someowhere hot and sunny for a week)
  18. The Danny Baker show: a light, fun, laughy Saturday morning programme. Lawrie's contribution: a light, fun, laughy Saturday morning effort. I didn't think anything was a "dig": "happy with Pardew, also happy with Nigel". "Run as a business". Well, come on, he has to say SOMETHING. you can interpret it as you like (i would say diggier about Liverpool, but there you go) I agree, however, the thread will not end as a "light, fun, laughy Saturday morning thread".
  19. Can someone please explain how NC can "get him signed up" or "make him renew" his contract? Do you mean the old horse's head-in-the-bed trick? Otherwise its completely up to Lallana to sign or not sign. Cortese's choice is whether to offer him a contact or not, and on what terms. Free market. Gone in january when we can get some dosh for him.
  20. Errr, I think Pardew's been gon elong enough - its NA's culture now, and he should stamp this out, IMHO.
  21. HE NEEDS GAMES TO GET HIS FORM BACK Sorry about the bold and caps, but this is basically what he needs: its a blessing there are no alternatives at the moment, since both Lamberts and the saints bets interestes are served by him playing himself back into for,
  22. Lambert needs games to get his form back. Barnard though was excellent today. Plus chaplow's collisoin wasn't given as a foul, so he couldn';t have been booked for that - must have been afters with the bummouth players/ref.
  23. Actually enjoyed it today! Thought the whole team played well, except lambert is clearly off-form. Needs games and it will come right. MOM? Contenders are Barnard, Hammond, Lallana plus maybe others - I don't want to choose. Puncheon played well. I thoguht Chamberlain looked sharp, but only on for a short while. Biggest positive: playing the ball, passing it, passing it out from defence, few long balls. Apart from the control it gives Hammond and Scheiderlin more space, more time and brings them into the game, and they used it all well. Very happy. Liked Chaplow's run and collision. Not sure why he got booked, since the ref didn't blow for a foul - mnaybe it was the afters with B'muff players, but then why not book them? Just another strange refereeing decision.
