You're right. Trouble is people quote him.... Whether you think its good, bad, lpoad of toss or best thing since sliced bread, i am glad its my club doing all this. The main effects of most of the measures are probably to increase the players self-confidence and make them feel up-beat, and thats stuff money can't buy. I thought sacking of Adkins an error - I was proved wrong. i thought the manner of the sacking of adkins very poor and think i am right: there are nice ways of saying "thanks, but its time for goodbye" and "f%^& off", and they cost nothing apart from self-respect and the respect that others have for you.
