  1. So, 14 days is up and I've still not had my man utd refund. Anyone else still waiting? Second refund im going to have to chase - not the pain free process I was hoping for.......
  2. Usually get the train and have a few beers but will drive this weekend. Any tips for anywhere near to the ground in terms of parking - coming from locks heath side.
  3. So, anyone NOT had a refund for man utd yet? Shows on website my refund was processed 03/12 but not recieved it yet. They are obviously processing Sheffield utd refund separately (despite previously saying both would be processed together) as website only shows refund for 1 game (assuming man utd).
  4. Adult shirts then? I didn't think Junior shirts had the new sponsor on them.
  5. Biys shirts either have the old sponsor(ld sports) on though or the old old sponsor (virgin media)
  6. Someone mentioned on the season tickets thread that they had recieved an email on Saturday.
  7. Because they didn't state that at point of sale - if they did, no one would have an argument.
  8. I state again: Dont think he's making a fool of himself at all. First we get told - buy a season ticket or you wont be be going at all, then we get told refunds will be issued within 14 days of not being able to go which is subsequently changed to 14 working days(on top of that why wait to reimburse for some of the games when the club knew restrictions meant we wouldn't be able to go?), then we get to go into a ballot only to find it has been weighted(again, not advised at point of sale). Oh and I have had chase 2 refunds - all in all an absolute shambles.

  10. To season ticket holders, pretty simple I would have thought......
  11. Think your missing the point, if that was their intention, they should have advised everyone at point of sale. Pretty simple really - obviously didn't do that as it would have put a lot of people of parting with their money.
  12. Update now on website from the club. I'm #ucking fuming to be honest. Take my £600 and then change the goalposts. #ankers......
  13. Either that or we have realised he just ain't upto it...... you remember Vegard Forren?
  14. Strange they called you. I havent recieved a call.........
  15. Cant see how they can do this. There was a pandemic on when we purchased season tickets and there was no mention about postcodes at that point so can't introduce it now. Someone mentioned above that most if not all season ticket holders have had man utd/Sheffield utd reimbursed. I havent, am I the only one?
  16. Some people's idea of a nice gesture certainly varies from mine but I'm glad your happy.
  17. I've just checked - I've recieved a refund equalling 2 games (so I have now been refunded for 4 games in total). I presume thus refund relates to Everton and Newcastle. Strange some have recievd the equivalent of games refund of 4 games(in addition to the 2 already recieved - spurs and west brom).
  18. Totally disagree- saints are one of a very small minority of orem clubs who sold tickets. All they needed to do was ask each season ticket holders to pay a retainer (say £50) and then ballot tickets. Instead they decided to force people to purchase a season ticket if they wanted any chance of going this season - a form of bribery I would suggest. They have subsequently changed the boundaries in terms of their so called promise - 14 days changed to 14 working days etc - I could go on..... All in all feel they have dealt with it terribly. However it's not all bad - if I buy a shirt with an out of date sponsor on the front for a bargain £42 they will give me a chance if winning a competition to talk to 2 of our players - to be honest I find that very insulting.
  19. Totally agree👍
  20. I fortunately had mine today, strangely came in 2 payments - £11.62 and £18.82 - very strange but at least I got it back......
  21. I'm pleased for you - would expect them to get a least some refunded correctly.
  22. Still waiting for a refund and no reply to my email from the ticket. Looks like I will need to phone tomorrow. This isn't really what I signed up for, hassle I could do without. Consequences for the club for breaking their 'promise' = Zero. Consequences if I didn't renew within their stipulated time frame = they flog my season ticket to someone else.
