To add fuel to the speculation around that release, my mate claims he saw Harry Kane at St Marys on Sunday. It is just a rumour though, I was with my mate all day, and I didn't see Harry Kane at all!

We'll have 3rd sown up by then Hatch. Last day haggling between Spurs / Liverpool / Utd and Arse for the final CL spot. Which of the ex Saints wouldnt we mind joining us?

Love that simo. Money wise immediately I don't know. But I would imagine more season tickets sold, better sales in hospitality filtering right down through to the club shop. Note to the OP, best not ask positive questions in the future though.

In light of Raheem being too tired to play, surely there is now an argument against picking players from the 'big' European competition teams. Forster - Clyne, Chambers, Shawcross, Bertrand - Dyer, Cork, Ward-Prowse - Rodriguez, Carroll, Agbonlahor - 'tis the future!! Or not chambers, obviously fell foul of my own rules - swap him for Lescott.

And why the fascination with West Ham? I personally think £17m for a beast like Carroll was a great deal - nobody could have foreseen the injury problems he would face. Christ, i'd have him in our squad - wouldn't you?
-
Why would you even care at all? We got a great team player, who offers something we haven't seen up front for a while, now if he could weigh in with 5-10 goals in his first season, would that be so bad? £12m will NOT buy you a 20-25 goals a season striker - it simply will not. waits to be proved wrong

I am picturing Les in a magicians outfit, a puff of smoke and then all of a sudden a new Southampton player - 'ta-da'

Always had a thing for Felicity Kendall - SCDAJFM I dont know any rumours, but overheard some geezer on his phone today say that he didn't think Chambers or Clyne were going anywhere. I don't know eho he was, and I don't know who he was talking to. Felicity Kendall - ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I like tidy, she claims to like clean - however, she cannot for the life of her see how keeping things tidy helps to keep things clean. She cannot put things away. Anything. For example shopping. Whatever it is, it comes home, clothes etc, stay in the carrier bag and sit either on the stairs or in the sh!t tip that is her side of the bedroom. Food, gets put on the kitchen worktop, removed from the bag and left on the worktop. Post, gets opened, read, and then put back into the envelope and then left on the hallway table. Things do not ever get put away. With me, food goes into the cupboard, fridge etc, clothes get put in the wardrobe and post gets sorted, filed or binned as appropriate. Stuff that can go into the dishwasher doesn't ever get put in there. Unless I do it. mugs, are put into the sink, plates put into the sink - you would have thought that after 40 years a female could learn what goes into the dishwasher can go straight into it, and what doesn't, doesn't. But the most annoying thing of all, is the fact that her mother is exactly the same, so I know that I have an absolute cat in hells chance of changing her.

Should we rename St Mary's to The Liebherr Arena?
timayes replied to The Fat Controller's topic in The Saints
To the OP, No. Just no. St Marys is a great name, it is already a name synonymous with the club, it is already instantly recognisable as being the home of Southampton FC and your suggestion is rubbish. No, -
Maybe Katarina has better plans for the club than NC had

I love this. I know it's wrong, and childish, but it brought me sunshine today, ta BS
