Yeah I thought Redmond was ok. Needs a few chances to create but who doesn't. He badly missed some chances on goal today which a "proper" striker would probably have taken, but he isn't really a striker is he.

I also thought Hojberg had a poor first half and would have been my first choice to sub. Clasie was better today. Loved VVD's strike on goal late on from distance and love that he appears goal hungry.

Puel got it right today. We dominated the second half because we were fitter and fresher. Boufal excellent but needs to work on his temperament. If he hadn't got a yellow he'd probably have stayed on. Great J-Rod brace. Slightly less worried about the striker situation now.

Nice to see Reed on. Wouldn't have minded Josh Sims on the bench also, to bring on if we're lacking creativity.

Even with supposed interest from other clubs I can't see Fonte throwing a strop and not performing. Surely more likely being rested.

We can get goals against teams who come to play, the better teams. We struggle to break teams down who have all players behind the ball. Boefal does well with his tricks but he can't get past 6 players. We cross and cross but rarely have the height or skill to beat defenders in the air with the exception of Long and we can't seem to find Austin's head.
