Actually hope JWP starts after Sunday's game. Was it just me or did he seem to be hitting balls first time a lot more when crossing or shooting, rather than taking touches, which seemed to speed up our attacks and took their defence by surprise? Thought it was his best game for a while.

I think we're playing as well as we can with our squad, which is a testament to Puel. Would like to see Tadic taking on defenders rather than crossing, I think he should be driving into the box more and scoring more.

I'm with Wurzel on this one. Also you just can not make a player perform who's intent on sulking until he gets his move. Mane a good example, now Fonte perhaps. In that case you have to take the money. Whether there's an issue with recruitment i.e "Come here and you can make it big elsewhere", then the club have to take responsibility for that, but would we be able to twist their arms otherwise? Personally, last year I was behind the club with Mane being sold due to attitude but was sad to see Pelle go.

Watching the Manure game today as the father in law likes them. Failing to score for most of the game, in the end they put the giants Fellani and Ibrahimovic in the box and chucked crosses in until they headed in. Basic goal scoring.

Hojbjerg stalled too much in midfield today, slows things down more than anyone onthe break, even JWP. Clasie and Sims my first choice.

Yeah that's pretty much where I am. I don't anything Puel should come under too much criticism until we get a striker in. Today we had more shots, more on target, more crosses, more corners, more possession. Just need a bit more bite up front.
