If he CAN be good, and I think we pretty much all agree that he can, then we should be looking to get the best out of him. Can it be that difficult for a decent manager to get his mind on track?

If we have in the past, RH doesn't sound like the sort of manager to tolerate it now. If we are to believe what's written, I'd imagine he'd be all over any attitude problems.

I wondered if it was Obafemi, only because Ralph has publicly criticised his attitude in recent past.

I kept my eye on him in the last game he played and I actually thought he looked half decent. I was definitely in the minority with that view though. Odd how we see things so differently sometimes.

Shame to see us waste someone so obviously talented. If it's just a matter of getting his mind right, isn't Ralph the man to get it done?

Shame, I think he could do a job for us. I guess he doesn't fit neatly into Ralph's plans, or he's one of those players that struggles with consistency.

Great news. And he's not record signing either so there's a chance he'll come good!

This is my concern also. Should the inevitable happen, and Ralph leaves the end of the coming season or next, we may find the club has very little to fall back on in terms of momentum. The best option for the club would be to back Ralph, and hope we can keep hold of him for longer than the usual couple of seasons.
