Tories would definitely be lower tax for both business and individually than Labour would. It has always been the foundation of their policies. The migration issue is muddied by Brexit but Labour are definitely pro migration rather than "controlled migration" i.e. the Aussie system that BJ keeps banging on about. Defence and crime I can't really justify except that they are probably a result of belt-tightening regarding public spending as the post-Brexit slump continues to loom. Labour would look to spend more tax money in these areas I agree.

I can always remember Tories being popular but people rarely admitting to voting for them. Perhaps more so in this election than ever. Maybe this is why your FB feeds aren't full of Tory posts. I have never heard anybody say they could never be friends with a Liberal or Labour supporter, but have heard that said about Tory voters. Sad really.

Low tax for business and individuals. In favour of individual wealth creation and inheritance. Equality of opportunity. Reputation for seeing National Security and Defence as important and not to be compromised. Immigration control (as per Brexit). "Tough on crime" - arguably not very though.

I have considered voting Tory for the first time, having previously voted Labour or Lib but generally see myself as pretty "centre ground". Mainly it's due to my increasing dislike of "the left" as I see it, in party politics and within wider society. I ask myself whether it is the left that has changed or is it that my position has shifted rightwards, and my views become "more Conservative" as I have aged. I also don't see capitalism as a dirty word and think a low interest, low regulation economy is good for business and for people who want to work.

So many chances...

Frustrating when our strikers drift offside making themselves unavailable.

Nice to see some consistency with the selections. Keep them away from our goal for the first 20 and I think we'll have a chance.

Perhaps if the claimant hadn't been so greedy they might have settled out of court. Perhaps £10m would have made it go away? I'm sure the principle's the driving issue, but £10m is £10m!

Don't make it easy for ourselves do we?

Back to nail biting then.

Clever by Bertie to get round the back like that, men on the posts preventing any offside.

Djenepo hand on back "you stay there" lol

Great delivery!

Yeah, keep captive audience waiting in the freezing cold so that they have the opportunity to "contemplate their mental health". BS. Good tie nonetheess.

I don't think many people like the diversity quota stuff and see it as silly and pointless. But, as with the BBC we don't get a vote on such matters in society, we just have to like it or lump it. I do wonder if, the more lefty and silly as organisations like the BBC get, whether the public are inclined to view their society as becoming more left wing and might even vote differently as a result? [**Conspiracy theory warning**] Could it even be conceivable that the Government would encourage the BBC, and other broadcast organisations to be as loony and leftist as possible in order to get a reaction from easily led, floating voters in the polls? Is that stretching things too far?

Yoshida seems to be out of the picture. If we're to persist with a back four, wouldn't he offer more security than Stephens?

Would like to see a replay of when Prowse's free kick hit the defender in the face. Looked like it came off his arm? Thought Bednarek appealed for that. Also whoever bought Djenepo down outside of the box for that free kick....how he didn't get a card for that is ridiculous.

Never in doubt.

So minimum wage for a full time adult approx £16k. So our high end staff and footballers must earn no more than £160k p.a. Mmm, I don't think that sounds feasible. Perhaps it would be fairer to increase the cleaner to a tenth of the highest earner! So at SMS for instance, highest earner circa 3.5m? So the cleaner gets 350k. Easy, everyone's happy! Ticket prices will increase from £52 to £34,800 per game to compensate, but it's probably long overdue considering the quality.

I've heard this before, but the only stuff that gets on my screen, other than that which has been reposted are adverts for things, LadBible, football stuff, animals falling over etc. No propaganda at all. I'm guessing you're suggesting that if propaganda appeared and I clicked on it, I'd get more?

As I understand it, if something untrue appears on my FB, it'll be becuase one of my "friends" has decided it's worthy of producing or sharing. Just because it appears in a meme or in fancy italics doesn't make it very different from a "friend" down the pub spouting stuff he's heard which may or not be truthful. I have the choice to stay and listen, investigate or talk to someone else. Also one has the option of ignoring people in a similar way. FB I have no concerns about. I don't know if anyone remembers the Independent a few years ago when the comments section was completely unmoderated. A complete sh*tstorm, and I loved it. Very few places where you can speak your mind without having to stick to some sort of rule or agenda. YouTube appears to be one of the last which is what makes it the best and most enjoyable site on the internet these days. I accept you need to be careful of it though.....with YouTube, if you watch a video, more clips of a similar nature will appear on your feed which I could see potentially leading someone down a path they weren't necessarily intending to go. Very rarely I'm not on the side of complete free speech, I'd be happy with fewer regulations, not more.
