Genuine question from someone who wasn't lucky enough to be watching Saints in that era and has never seen LeTiss play. Many of those goals were from some distance away and a couple RIGHT in the top corner, I've seen a few times watching these videos the quick flick to get the ball airborne that he seemed to like before he cracked it.
Was it usual for him to have a crack from distance? Was that his style? If so, did he miss plenty too, or was it almost expected that if he got a bit of space infront of goal, something would happen?
