I'd be surprised if there wasn't life of some sort on other planets in the universe. Whether it has the intelligence or inclination to visit us in shiny spacecraft is another matter. Ocean Kayak Frenzy is a very good stable single seater all rounder which I'd recommend. I have one. This sort of strap is fine on your roof bars, looped round like this guy has. I wouldn't go for the ratchet types as you can over tighten and deform your kayak.

Words are important, and nobody likes to say or sing things they don't believe. I do agree that probably most anthems are dated and irrelevant, which is why they should be updated. Better things for us to sing about than Queenie. So what's good about us? Democracy? Politeness? History? Cheap Beer? Yorkshire Pudding? Better than Scotland and Wales? Perhaps we should write a new song.
