  1. He can get you a 14 seater which can accomodate 11 passengers and 3 (supplied) lap-dancers. Not cheap and the dances are extra but I hear that they are fun to ride.
  2. I have a very close friend, a divorcee, who is married to a divorcee. She is a Catholic. Her ex was an extremely abusive alcoholic but due to him being married prior to them getting married, her church did not recognise their union. Her second husband divorced from his first wife at an relatively young age, his first wife was a bit of a slapper. The catholic church refuses to recognise any of the marriages apart from her hubbies first ones. Any organised religion that expects a man to remain married to a sluttish woman, or a woman to reamin married to a man who punches and rapes her is in my opinion lacking in something pretty basic regarding setting rules for us to follow. having said that, some of my best friends are catholic.
  3. I can get you a 16 seater if that might help?
  4. If you are gonna take everything written in the Bible literally then you might be better not to try to understand it. The Bible was written because people around the time were not generally literate, the message in the stories remains a good message though, but I do accept that it can be hard for some to see past the words on the page.
  5. Kestrel in Eastleigh. Not used them for a while but they were friendly, flexible and fair priced. http://kestrelremovals.com/default.aspx
  6. ..also included is The wagon Works, eastleigh...!!! I have a soft spot for Wetherspoons, but The Wagon Works? Tried them 3 times and without exception, uncleared tables, missing items on menu (only told when serving others meals), disgusting language from other customers (not addressed by staff) and bacteria infested sticky tables (each visit). although i like my ales, one does have to wonder at the cleanliness of the cellar when they can't even wipe a table down. Re the Guide Dog, fair play to them, a good bunch who make you welcome with minimum effort, the kind of welcome that cannot be learnt out of a big brewery text book. EIGHT pumps!
  7. A piece of toast from the one I love most, then I leave.
  8. (meine klein) schlanger
  9. You mean the one that was used to maximum effect by Zulu warriors during the Boor Wars? imho it adds to the moment, wouldn't fancy being the goalie with that droning behind me that's for sure.
  10. I think that we are fortunate in that we have our very own anthem (OWTSGMI). Spurs fans (and a few others) famously sing a rendition very well. Even at Swindon their fans sang their own version more often and louder than we did, but nothing changes the fact that in the footie world it is OUR song and it never sounds better or more fitting than when we sing it. Re other songs that come and go, we had a great opportunity a few years ago when some blokes re-wrote that Karsie Chefs song about Ruby Skacel, here it is for posterity: . Although it got lots of airplay (and as one can see it has had almost 50,000 hits!) it also gets comments from his subsequent clubs fans. All in all a brilliant effort and professionally done by the sound of it. HOWEVER.... It just does not work does it? Never once heard that on the terraces and I fear young ART's attempt is destined to fail in that respect also. Keep trying though ART, you just need that little bit of inspiration that brought us the fantastic Rickie Lambert song. Although we have to admit that even that is a rip-off from other supporters and he may well be gone come January as NA and NC attempt to balance the books and bring in more versatile team-players. So yes, we need a new song but just not that one, sorry. Having said all that, I do like you as a person ART, just that your work is lacking.
  11. tried that, my partner said "what th *** do you think mr arse is, a ****ing money box?"
  12. you boys need to read this.
  13. We don't get the big ones over here any more, sadly, they only come in packs of two smaller ones.
  14. Chances of this getting to 30+ posts - ZERO They must be hard up if they're settling for Milllbrook.
  15. That picture in the OP is genuine. They did an exercise the other day and no-one batted an eylid, seriously.
  16. it's a puppet crap bloke
  17. Does this mean that Kent went straight back down? Quick, let's nab their manager, he must be good...
  18. Here's the poof:
  19. It sounds as though we have explored all avenues. Also any out of work candidates will load their salaries accordingly I would assume. I wonder also if any of those in the frame are still being paid by the clubs they last managed or even have been compensated with a proviso that it be repaid pro-rata should they find a new employer, wasn't that the case at Leeds, amongst others.
  20. ...and he's brought forward his resignation proper. He was on telly the other day saying he was staying until a suitable replacement was sourced. Press conference due this afternoon from Cardiff.
  21. So. If NC had tipped them off as an olive branch gesture they will be well peed off with him now, of course he will believe that he has done no wrong in this whole debacle but making the sun look silly may not get him past the security man in the peaked cap next time he goes crawling. Meeting at THEIR place doesn;t quite fit with the 'Mr Cortese will see you now' rep does it. Perhaps during negotiations he asked that should the deal fail then the Sun will tear Scunny to shreds, thus putting more pressure on them (Scunny) to accept a no compo deal. We shall see eh.
  22. Just been on SSN that saints have withdrawn their offer for Nigel Adkins! Don't mess with the Saints message load and clear if true. NA told to either sign or forget it. Man of principles he declined. fair play to him for that.
  23. When we played Gillingham last season did anyone head towards Dorset to watch the match? Gillingham is in Kent.
  24. I think that The Echo may have been 'played'. And I also think that The Sun may have a decision to make if it is someone with the genuine WOW factor. Kevin Keegan will be like high noon, he fits with all the clues to me and NC would love it, he'd reallly love it. Also a nod to Lawrie Mac for his genius in bringing him here the first time. Be a nice touch to announce it at the Potter's Heron too imo.
