  1. So then, now that cva1 is dead as confirmed by Birch, the £16.5m payable from said cva + 10.1m from CSI + a worst case scenario of £17m to Chinny + £3m to HMRC = £46.5m of which at most 20% will form cva2 = just over £9m. Whether the creditors would agree to it is a moot point, but faced with the choice of 20% or the square root of **** all, I can see them going for it...
  2. Ok, we'll be at Fratton park next season in either the NPC, league one or one or two leagues below league two. Well either be owned by Chainrai, the trust or A.N.Other. We could be reborn after being liquidated, or still trading as same co under Chainrai. Whichever scenario comes to fruition I know I'll still have a club to support. Other than that, who knows?
  3. Dear oh dear. Who's desperate now?
  4. Well obviously I am, otherwise you wouldn't have wasted all that time trawling back through my previous posts. I'll remember just one of yours though, the one about how you'll be: "...taking the prem by storm." So, seriously- you're going to win it are you?
  5. You really believe that don't you? You're going to be so disappointed.....
  6. Oh yes, you're right- I got it completely wrong, they're won't be available for the last er, ONE game.
  7. Two in on loan from Man Citeh until the end of the season. http://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/LatestNews/news/Manchester-City-Pair-Sign-3263.aspx Oh, and here's something from someone else who thinks we're pretty good. Merson: "they were the best fans I ever played in front of if I'm honest. You used to get 19,000 down there and it would feel like 100,000 people." http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17445131 All lies of course. As we all know, attendance is everything. Nothing else matters....
  8. Oh really? How about a truly pathetic 396 at Hull last night? THAT'S desperate...
  9. So you were cheating then, yes?
  10. Indeed. "guarenteed (sic) 15,000 attendances every home game..." Our average this season? 14805.
  11. Oh the irony....
  12. Noooooo! Surely not?
  13. Yep, just as you will be...
  14. Or should that read "Welcome back, George!"?
  15. Well, maybe. We'll have to wait and see. My point is that it's a bit premature to suggest that it's nailed on that we won't be making the first payment. A lot can happen in six weeks. I suspect we'll start getting some feedback from TB from Tuesday onwards. We'll have a better idea then what the situation is I guess....
  16. Excuse me? Where do you get the idea that there is "no hope of the first payment being made as agreed"? It's not due until April FFS
  17. Oh the irony
  18. Yes, I think you're right. Forget Gaydamak because his debt isn't secured. If the judge was correct today when stating that there was no evidence of a legitimate debenture for Chinny's £17m, that's his money gone too. The existing CVA is covered by the remaining parachute payments with £6m left over. As long as the CVA is exited on time the payments can be deferred to service more pressing outstanding debt, e.g the £1.6m to HMRC, players and staff wages, and the other utility debts, electric, gas etc + the ongoing running costs of £2.6m PCM. So if a couple of orange faced guys with surfboards just happened to suddenly be allowed to negotiate a purchase, and they offered say £5m for the club and agreed in writing to service the existing CVA and pay off HMRC and the staff/player salaries, the administrator as the only effective shareholder now has the power to say "sign here please, sorry everyone, this is the best offer." IF this is correct, PFC has suddenly become a very cheap buy for someone...
  19. So then, how much of the total debt is now secured bearing in mind the judge said there was no evidence to support Chainrai's claim to a £17m debenture?
  20. Yep, brilliant result and at last a chance to get Chainrai out at a price a new owner can afford. Brian and vince, come on down!
  21. Well, we're all agreed then- none of us wants AA....
  22. What, they're cutting off the electricity up at Barnsley are they?
  23. Mmmmm, feel the resentment and bitterness....
  24. Agreed, so it's just as well we don't have to make those claims ourselves- everyone else apart from you lot says it for us, without prompting, and with genuine affection and respect too in most cases. It's good to know that there are so many people out there rooting for us
  25. True and not true. Lives in Titchfield now, brought up in Copnor. Oh, and here's a direct quote from Jake Humphrey after the game had finished against you lot at FP- "....and if there was any doubt as to which team Steve Claridge supports, when Joel Ward scored the equaliser Steve nearly went through the window here in the box....."
