  1. If that happens you'll get hunted down
  2. Chances of being pards first signing of next summer if he carries his ability into the league?
  3. oooh look at you hardman
  4. Who do we think will be the top goal scorer. Obv choice is Lambert, but I'm going to put this one out there Rory Patterson http://www.pafc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10364~2064929,00.html
  5. Your right, if the cost of a ticket went up inline with inflation then i'd agree. But this is not an inflation rise, its an introduction of an unreasonable charge. Again all costs that should be covered by ticket pricing, not introducing a charge to provide a service, the club say they want to reduce queues at the ground and reduce costs. Pushing people online achieves both of these, but charging £3 to buy online means there will still be queues and costs invloved on a matchday. And why should that matter, I'm grateful they came to the clubs rescue, but i'd rather a club that's run to the benefit of its fans and community with responsible pricing. Than a club that is hell bent on getting to the promised land (sic) of the premier league at whatever cost to the fan.
  6. Brilliant so you cant come back with reasoned argument, so you throw that pearler in. If it helps i refuse to pay a booking fee for anything. Especially as most event i'd want i can buy cheaper from a tout than face value.
  7. Again, what do fuel costs have to do with saints ticketing policy, i'd like to hear how you justify comparing the two, or how you believe Saints have an influence on fuel costs. And buying on the day will mean a £2 fee. Fact of the matter is to charge for online booking by any industry is a rip off, to provide that service is a fixed cost, fixed costs should be factored into your product pricing. Any accountant responsible for pricing would have already factored that fixed cost into the ticket pricing, meaning the £3 charge for online sales is covering no cost, its just pure profit and greed.
  8. wtf has fuel costs got to do with Saints ticketing policy
  9. That makes no sense whatsoever. They want to reduce matchday queues, but do the exact opposite by charging for online sales. The matchday queues will not be reduced as people will queue on a matchday, to buy tickets for the following match. I can understand telephone bookings incurring a fee even if i dont agree with it, but online sales make no sense whatsoever.
  10. Surely buying online is opex reduction. Certainly is in our business in fact we make it cheaper to buy online than in store
  11. So i was going to get a season ticket this season for me and my daughter. But to be honest, I aint going to bother as i would have used the payment plan. Dont live in Southampton so rolling up to the ticket office is not easy for me, so i'll be forced to pay £3 for matches over the phone/online as we pick and choose matches. I just wont bother and fall back to getting the result and match review of Dad.

  13. Maybe they are trying to offload the club, thus leaving pricing to incoming owners.
  14. Charities in aid of criminals, is that for real. Saints ain't the disgraceful ones here
  15. Couple of mates going to Africa for the whole world cup, they are worried they will miss the renewal deadlines now, they thought they would have renewed by now.
  16. Heard a rumour prices were going to be cut to increase demand.
  17. Looking at fixtures i think saints will drop a max of 8 points from those games, i'd have thought at start of season 80 points would be enough
  18. Still years away from worrying about that.
  19. Unless its reading or pompy he's going nowhere
  20. Say what you like about the man, but as a player in his heyday there is no one id have wanted in my midfield before him. Outstanding player and captain.
  21. Meant to add Best we have right now so get behind the lad on a match day
  22. he's ****, will end up playing out the rest of his career at this level and below.
  23. 2 of them yes
  24. So let me get this straight, you now feel we would have been better off keeping players who were responsible for the clubs relegation to league one and members of the worst Saints team of the last 50 years. Short memories round here
  25. Surman is way out of his depth, he's a league 1 standard player at most.
