Totally Agree. But it happens far too little.

Those 2 huge HD displays. What is the point of them. For 90% of the time we get an endless succession of banal adverts. Why cannot we have a display of the match most of the time instead of "Tom Deacon & Emma" West Ham at the Olympic stadium mads a better fist of it than us. Are we so desperate for revenue (and I cannot believe we are) that we need them. We already have an endless display of adverts around the pitch. That should be enough!

If I get a ticket for this match I am planning on taking my car over to Southampton. The train back from Bournemouth is too late for the last Redjet and may miss the 23.55 ferry if we're held back. 45K is well beyond the short and medium needs of SFC. A second tier on the Kingsland will bring us up to 38K. Apart from a few fixtures per season should be enough for quite a while, and a lot cheaper. The only way moving out would be cost effective is if the land at St Mary's is far more valuable than the new site.
