Benitez would make more of the strange decisions that Adkins gets destroyed for- never keeps the same team. He'd keep making adjustments to a fundementally unbalanced team and will keep losing. Wouldn't be surprised to see Les Reed given it as he seems to be the only person Cortese really listens to. It would be a disaster but then maybe Cortese will wake up. Keep Adkins and sign the right players in Jan.

New manager won't make any difference with these players. Adkins Is making decisions to try and affect change. Not working cos half the team isn't good enough despite summer outlay. I expect to see 3 or 4 defenders walk through the door on early Jan. They should be done deals if wrong have a chance at all
