  1. less than a year younger than SEB, hasn't proven himself to the same degree in this division and has no premier league experience. I think i'd take SEB.
  2. He signed for us too late to be considered home grown for champions league purposes. Sell him!

    Riots

Why are the police planning riots?
  4. I think dex is injured. Apparently Stephens only scored the first and set up the second.
  5. And before the seven we had a greater instance of players playing out of position. A lot of the time whenever we brought on a sub a first teamer had to move out of his optimal position, so we we'd weakened ourselves in two positions. Two extra subs didn't completely stop that but it helped.
  6. Well then hopefully we sign a striker rather than a winger and Steve gets played on the wing. I think we're battling against the reduction in subs anyway. Steve is clearly a versatile player, as is Jack Cork. they might have to play a bit out of position from time to time.
  7. No, he's just very small.
  8. They'll probably go up to cover void periods.
  9. Maybe Burnley offered a deal that started less than 750k but rose to seven figures based on promotion (ha)
  10. This was obvious to me, for one.
  11. At 24 years olf Seaborne isn't even a proven performer at League one level. Martin is only a couple of years younger though. I don't think either of them stand a chance in hell of being worth a go in the premier league.
  12. He's in their price range.
  13. High five!

  15. Methinks they might have combined Steve and Daniel de Riddder. Daniel started at Ajax. Steve looks to have started his career with home town Gent
  16. Yes a phoney auction
  17. Last time he was with us, yes. The last time he was in this division, 18 goals in 39
  18. He's going to get a premier league contract now rather than next year and isn't risking that financial bonanza by playing a year in the championship. Makes sense to me.
  19. Sure, but strikers who score 20+ without penalties presumably still have a team mate who is still scoring the penalties, such as Andy Crosby at S****horpe when Sharp had a 30 league goal season.
  20. Impressivefor sure, but Norwich took their pre-season with Bryn Gunn.
  21. And to waste another post Double correction, Vokes League one, Jutkiewicz League Two. Loving the three post system as always.
  22. Correction, League Two.
  23. Granted he was only young at the time, but how would a guy who has only proven able to score ten goals a season at league one level improve our squad? No worse than Jutkiewicz, mind.
  24. Better tell everyone Pele scored 0 goals per game. Myth exploded.
