It seemed Magilton did not have the respect from some players at Ipswich. I dont think he is tough enough to manage us. We need someone who wont take any s*** from anyone although most of the rotten apples will have gone by next season in any case. We need someone who is a disciplinarian, tactically good (changes tatics during games) and plays the right football to get us promoted.

I would like to see a gig at SMS headlined by Craig david and Coldplay (drummer supports Saints). That would reach out to a big audience. However the problem is we have less than a month to save this club and I expect these guys are booked up with in that time especially Coldplay. A concert alone can make the club 250K apparently so this would be awesome.

I would start with DMG on the right. BWP up front with Saga. Euell in the "hole" to hold it up and bring Drew and DMG into play. The reason for docking points is to stop clubs going into administration to gain advantage i.e having debts written off and starting a fresh. However if the "new buyer" takes on the "football club" debt i.e SMS then why should we be docked points? Not all of SLH was the football club albeit the main asset there were other small assets. I think the FL may well use Saints as an example to others to not go down this route therefore dock us some points. A court case will cost Saints thousands of pouinds so the FL may think that Saints wont appeal in any case.

Mark Dennis on Radio Hants said about 30 mins ago that the PLC will be going into "administration" very soon. By doing this the football club is not going into "administration" meaning they avoid the ten point deduction which I believe would be have happened next season now. He stated it as fact not an opinion but I dont know whether he is in the know or just guessing. I sometimes take what he says with a pinch of salt however he seemed very adamant mit was going to happen.

cork was always positive about the club saying that we are too good to go down and that the tide will change blah blah blah. He has finally seen the light that we have been seeing for the last few months and now knows we have a cat in hells chance of staying up under the current regime. Shame he has left us at our lowest point but I can understand his motives.

CM is not the main problem. Defense is the main problem. We need two full backs. James is not up to scratch at all and Surman is an attacking player not a defender.

unfortunately neither surman nor james have the pace needed to be decent full backs. everyone barks on about surman being slow but james is no speed machine either.
