5 of their next 6 are away from home
-
Never really counted the mk dons away game as adkins was only appointed the day before, so il say 57 from 28, over 2 points per game. Adkins out FFS!!
-
Our recent record on sky hasnt been too bad, think we disproved this trait of losing on tv with our number of wins in the jpt last year
-
Good result, 3 points is all that counts at this stage of the season. Win on sat and we are well on our way. Think bompey will struggle to keep the pace till the end of the season. Huddersfield dont travel well and may struggle without pilkington. The only team im worried about is peterboro......however after seeing their next 6 fixtures after carlisle on sat (5 are away), im feeling really good about our chances. Peterboro next six after sat V sheff wed away V mk dons away V bristol rovers away V bompey home V dag and red away V huddersfield away

Go on orient!!
-
Sky sports says there was 7 shots on target and NA said Lallana could have had a hat trick but for some good saves. But you were there and I wasnt so I will take your word. All in all, a point is not too bad and results apart from Brighton went our way
-
Yes plays for linfield in the northern irish premier, doing very well aswell which has earned him a few caps. Did have a bit of a nightmare in the last international against morocco though gifting them their goal in a 1-1 draw. Could definetly still play at league one level if it wasnt for getting homesick
-
Cox would be very good, but duff....hope not, as a northern ireland fan ive never rated him, makes too many mistakes at the back and not good on the ball either
-
I doubt hes very irish, didnt play for the republic, but the other 2 attributes are correct
-
Coming from northern ireland and having seen him play in the irish league last year (where he wasnt good enough), i can tell you hes way past it....good player in his day though
-
Hopefuly he will try and take a few of the players with him, that would really see the end of bompeys challenge
-
Would definetly prefer priskin to le fondre. Proven championship player up against a player proven only at league two level. No contest!
-
Not really stressing about it, and i believe we were linked with him well before blackpool came in and made the signing, we maybe tried to wait it out and it cost us
-
Has been receiving rave reviews on match of the day for his recent performances for Blackpool. Could have ended up at us after we were tracking him when he was at Wycombe last season. One that got away maybe....
-
Il go for jose fonte, class above this level
-
I would go with Davis Richardson Seabourne Jaidi Dickson (have a feeling he will have a great game against his old team) Ox Hammond Schneiderlin Lallana Barnard Lambert (keep the faith) Subs Bart Harding Martin Butterfield Chaplow Guly Connolly? If not Doble
-
Il be there, in newcastle for the weekend with mates so going to talk a few of them into getting the train up on the day. Coming all the way from Belfast. Hopefully there will be tickets still available just before kickoff like there was last year
-
Is this your video? Were you in disguise in the notts co end lol? Lambert never looks like missing a pen, too much power behind them
-
And the loss at franchise after adkins had only had 1 or 2 training sessions with the team, hardly much he could do. Great record since that tho

Cant start a new thread, but pompey could be gone any minute now lol -
No chris baird didnt make his northern ireland debut until after 2002/2003 season so had already played a few times for saints including the fa cup final
-
Chaplow - signed a 2 and a half year deal - OFFICIAL

Yes him and bart were both here in 2006 -
We had nearly 27000 on sat for the bompey game, i reckon we'll easily get 25000+ at these prices
-
Not counting the franchise game because NA only had 2 days with the squad, so far so good. First game - good point, could have been 3 if colchester keeper hadnt of had a blinder Second game- good away win against fellow promotion hopefuls despite what their form is Third game- good away point, should have been 3 but for a silly pen conceded Fourth game- great home win against our 'rivals', totally outplayed them Fifth game- ?????? Hopefully a hammering of tranmere to get the goals flowing So far, Nigel gets a B+
-
Yes im going again, last year was a great day!! All the saints fans rushing down when jaidi equalised, and jaidi holding like 6 players up when they jumped on him lol. Travelling over from Belfast for a long weekend in Newcastle with a aloada mates, will get the train up on the day, hopefully no works on this line.
