Biggest weakness is strength in depth at CB. If Fonte gets injured then we have Jaidi who cant be expected to play every game, Seabourne who im still not convinced about and that was in L1 and Martin who is inexperienced and may need a loan period at a L1 club. One more championship quality CB please Nigel!! Daniel Ayala who was on loan at Hull last season would be a great addition

Would definetly offer a new contract to Jaidi. Would aim to bring in a new first choice CB but would keep him as backup (loan out Martin). His experience at playing at the top level would help. Many old, slower players have did well in the NPC this season - Derry (QPR) is a good example

Last season was always going to be hard for ricky to repeat, but 16 goals in the league so far this season with plenty of games left to go is a fantastic return yet again. Could still catch CMS for league one top goalscorer for what i believe would be the third season running. We are lucky to have a player of his quality. Well done pardew.
