The investment needs to be in a good manager....not a shed load of players that under perform

It's not all about spending lots of money...many clubs have spent big and are in a far worst place than us....Its all in the coaching, bonding of the players and management...Tactics etc. For me its about placing a management in with a proven record if the club can afford to. Mangers with a proven record cost big bucks.

Not a good post match OS interview from the manager...body language is saying I am defeated and he doesn't say much to be positive. He is on his way out! New owners will not put up with this after such a big investment. Shame I wanted him to be successful, after all he talks a good game but does not deliver it on the pitch.

Good post...watched the video...It's not too dissimilar to the way we build up play. The big difference is the speed and movement of the ball... quick passing kills teams as opposition players have no chance to intercept the ball.
