Who knows? Perhaps money just slips through his fingers...

What would be your crafty insurance bet?

Or the free one, Windscribe. Tunnelbear free version has a severely limited data limit, not sure its even enough to get through a whole game?

...which is precisely what kept us up at swansea last season, courtesy of gabbi.

Whoosh. That was rather my point.

How could trump possibly remain president in the face of the global earthquake caused by brexit? It's inconceivable. There will be no survivors.

It was rebranded as WKD, around the same time Marathon turned into Snickers. Happy New Year.

I've been banging on about this for some time, that's the way this league works. That decision effectively decided the result; the top sides are coached to attack with everything when they get away with one because that is when a team like ours is most vulnerable as we're still smarting from the injustice of the decision. The refs will always find that moment in a "top four v the rest" game and deliver what is required when it's required. The other terrible penalty decision was great for the ref as they can claim even handedness, but in reality it was entirely academic by then, that result was decided the moment jwp got shoved over in the box. Don't get me wrong, we were well beaten by a far, far better side. But those are the games when the players can raise their game and maybe get something, and with some of those chances we'd created (and missed) at that stage of the game it looked for a moment as if we might just get something. And right on cue, one very poor decision sees a swing from a probable 2-1 lead at half time against a side who just might have had a few self doubts after their last few results, to trailing 3-1 and game over. Carp over, twas ever thus and I don't know why I'm even surprised any more. On the plus side I thought giving Ramsay a start was positive (and I thought in the main he did well,) plus JWP and Mo getting some game time not a bad idea. On the other, PEH is going to have to calm down, yet another suspension is just what we didn't need from one of our brighter players this season.

Overall, fair result on the balance of play, they always looked a slightly better side than us throughout the 2nd half, but I thought we matched them in the first. The foul on Bednarek that allowed the break for the winner sticks in the throat though, and the Carroll assault on Romeu.

Walking down the street with my mate, I found a five pound note blown against a fence. "That's good luck!" he said. "You should buy a lottery ticket with that." I thought "that's a good idea," but to save time I just chucked the fiver into the bin.

Agreed, but I suppose I could live with the chaos if I was forced to live out my teenage dreams of knobbing Debbie Harry senseless.

He deserted the Irish world cup campaign on the grounds that he disliked Mick McCarthy and his training methods. But then, roy keane is a classless c*nt.

Saints 3 - Arsenal 2 - I should start threads more often

Don't worry, MOTD2 will show two or three minutes of us after the dippers/manure game. -

Is it too much to ask for utd to nick a winner at victimfield and make it a perfect day? -
.....ah, but that's nothing to worry our little heads about. It's an entirely benevolent project, the Germans told us that already and the remain side don't seem concerned by it at all, so why should you be?
-
Agreed. Lemina was excellent today. And Moss gave us the square root of f**k all. Again.
-
Clear penalty. How was that not given?
-
No. We left it to the wire last season and still survived, it's far too early to press the panic button yet. Remains to be seen what the new manager can bring to the party, obviously if he flops massively then we're down.

Comedy defending apart, I actually thought we looked decent in the second half. The type of run we're on you never get the run of the ball, we were unlucky not to score at least one more and probably two. What was it, three strikes on the woodwork plus a couple of wonder saves from the world cup winning keeper?

The BBC are only mentioning it low down on their football gossip page. Seems to be some way from being done and dusted.

Wait til he finds another club, then tout it on their forum. Simples

So, theoretically we could spark a world war?? Cool! I'm in.

There was a piece somewhere earlier this evening suggesting hughes may already have been sacked, anyone else see it?
