  1. We have not won 8 out of the last 10 Unpredictable more in terms of goals I suppose. This is just my opinion and I really truly hope that I am wrong
  2. Really hope that I'm wrong on this, certainly being a bit pessimistic! I just think that our run of not great performances and grinding out the result - has got to end - although I'm happy for it to continue. But we do seem pretty unpredicatable - just wish we were as convincing as Peterborough at the moment, I feel we've got the squad to do it, maybe not the manager
  3. Based on our recent performances, which I think have been average/poor, but appreciate we have grinded out the results. I personally feel it will be: - Charlton away - Loss MK Dons home - Loss Charlton home - Draw 1 point 2 points at best with maybe draw with MK Dons
  4. No, definitely no confusion! If I look hard for him on the pitch most games, he always seems to be running around alot, but mainly achieving nothing, seems unsure of his positioning. I did spot him today out there attempting to play these long (beautiful when they work) passes out to the wings, mainly Chamberlains way, but I can not remember one actually reaching him. Waste of space in my opinion along with Hammond
  5. Pretty much agree with this Post - apart from: - 1) I would give Saints performance in the second half no more than a 5 out of 10. Very poor performance today, 1st game at home with our new manager, and I would have expected at the very least 100% fight and desire straight away. 2) Lambert was one of the worst players on the pitch, can not remember him winning a header and his attitude/energy is far from right. Couple of good free kicks maybe! Schdlin is in my opinion VERY overrated and I have never liked him or hardly ever noticed him in midfield. Hammond is poor full stop. These 2 are the most urgent replacements I.M.O closely followed by Lambert. Two really frustrating things with todays performance for me was that 99% of the crosses did not get past the 1st man - unacceptable in the professional game! And there were many occasions where the ball fell loose in the area or on the edge of the area and we not once had anyone there anticipating it. In the last 15/20 mins, if we had a natural goal poacher, we would have got at least 2 goals.
  6. Great appointment, this I'm sure will prove to be the best appointment we have made in many many years, after to be honest a load of absolute rubbish after WGS. 1st time in a long time I'm actually very excited. Great Manager & Chairman working well together - long may it last! The small thing that worries me now though is that with the recent passing of Marcus, how long will NC stay on the scene. We need a settled ship for a good few years now. Please - no more changes!
  7. So happy with this decision - great to know that the we have someone in the club who has the balls to do what is right and at the right time Too many excuses all the time and not enough reality. AP was not the man, if he was we would already be in the championship this year. We have the best players by far in our league and just need the right manager now get them into a great Team. Coppell would me my choice, O'Neil would be amazing to have but can not see that somehow!
  8. Spot On - Should be no excuses whatsoever - very poor!
