Very poor yesterday - kept giving the ball away or just short square passes. He needs to get back to full fitness - mean while Cork has done well, especially with his creative passes.

Poor first half - great second half. Very good performances by Shaw, Lallana, Cork, Clyne and Lambert.

Beautiful goal by JRod after a lovely pass to him. A few more please.

What is the matter with Davis today -keeps giving the ball away. Also Morgan is right off the pace.

We're still looking ragged - need to get a grip on this. Our midfield is misfiring and the front men are a bit too slow - also need shooting practice!

Very disappointing - lots of our team are having a bad day. The ball is up in the air too much - where is the composed passing we saw on Tuesday? Hopefully the second half will be better. I would bring Cork on.

We look pretty ordinary - and 3 bookings so far. I can see a sending off here if we're not careful. We are really missing Cork and our defence looks very shaky.

Cork has been MoM in several recent games - he was outstanding against Arsenal and Sunderland.

I think it was a good transfer window for us - I am delighted to see our academy players coming through and playing well.

It is all very encouraging - let's hope it continues!

I agree with this. Once Lovren is back we can look forward to the rest of this season with a lot of confidence.

I am quite relaxed about not signing people - although we do need a top notch centre back, and fast forward and a decent back-up keeper. I am sure that the players we have got can do us proud for the rest of the season, injuries permitting.

A gamble that didn't pay off - but usually he didn't look that interested in playing for us alas.

It is not an easy game at all - I would settle for a draw although it is about time we beat you.

I would like a good CB and a pacey striker - but I am in favour of bringing the youngsters through if they're good enough.

A truly great match - and a good result - but we should have won it. Outstanding performances from Shaw, Schneiderlin, Cork and absolutely superb display from Adam Lallana. Well done saints!

That's a real shame - I always thought he had good potential.

We can win this one.

Great player - if only he could score goals he would be a really great player.
