Victor is not back to his best yet - he was very good earlier in the season when we were conceding few goals. He needs to get fitter. He did give the ball away too much today.

Post Match Reaction: Crystal Palace 0-1 SAINTS

Poor. If we were back to our fluent passing game we would have walloped them. Five bookings as well. The team looks tired and in need of freshening up. Wanyama's passing was generally terrible - but he was not alone. I am disappointed by how we are performing. -
This is where Pochettino is poor - he should be reorganising things and bringing on one or two subs. He doesn't seem to have a plan B.
-
I can see us getting a red card here. It's not pretty.
-
We look ragged - where has the passing game gone?
-
We need to buck our ideas up - we look very ordinary and quite dirty - 3 bookings.
-
Saints are poor this half so far. Need a second.
-
We should be able to beat this lot comfortably. Why don't Saints get more shots in (and on target)?
-
Yes I am still cross - Pochettino made a huge error of judgement at Sunderland. He doesn't understand the FA Cup and its significance. I hope we can win today - we have gone a bit off the rails.
-
I think the Kenya vs Sudan game has been called off altogether so Victor shouldn't be tired out!
-
Yes he did in the match I saw at SMS - and I wish had had roamed around a bit more.

How much will we spend and who will we lose?

As a season ticket holder I sincerely hope not! We have to keep our best home-grown players. -
Should MP drop Lambert for the Palace game!

Lukaku would do. -

I would not drop him BUT I would play him as centre forward in the centre and try to get balls to him rather than expecting him to play wide or too deep. -
Difficult to judge SG on what we have seen but he hasn't yet sent the pulse racing. He doesn't seem to get involved enough.
-
I thought that some of the 'tackles' on Adam on Saturday were dreadful but Probert offered him little or no protection.
-
Lukaku.

It was a good game of football - excellent flowing passing movements. Saints simply do not put away enough of the chances that are created - also our final ball into the box is too often weak and ineffective. Lallana, Cork, Shaw and Chambers all did very well. Morgan had a poor game and Lovren and Fonte looked stretched. Up front RL and JRod only showed flashes of class. We played Liverpool when they were on top form and we did not get any luck on the day. However, we are several players short of having a team to challenge for a top spot. Pochettino may not be the answer to our problems - he looks a bit out of his depth.
-
This is very tricky but I think (and hope) that we will win this one 3-1 again.
-
I hope the away defeat at Sunderland in the Cup doesn't mark a turning point that we will look back at with regret. Very silly by Pochettino.
-
Gaston looked good - and can become great. JRod is far too inconsistent.
-
he did not work out - he only scored 3 goals!

Would You Care If Pochettino Left Tommorow?

Will he ever learn enough English to speak to us in our own tongue?? -
He needs a rest.
