Friend really is a completely dreadful referee.

Two different points - Reed gives us energy and increases the pace of things - I am a big fan - the attacking options are limited - Tadic could come on but there's no Seager which is a shame. Hopefully Pelle will start performing again today.

Not particularly confident about this - at least Reed is on the bench and can come on. Our attacking line looks limited I'm afraid - cue another 8-0.

I thought that Everton looked very ordinary today - we could have beaten them but to do that you need to be able to put the ball in the net.

I would drop Pelle to start with and I would not be using Elia or Djuricic - let's have Seager and McQueen on the bench. can they do any worse? At present we simply can't score.

Shane Long is not quite good enough to take us to the next level - but then neither are Pelle, Elia or Djuricic I fear. We simply do not have enough goal scorers to be a top club at present - funnily enough we may have two or three in the U21s who have the potential but they have not been getting any games.

Very poor - our inability to score goals has proven very costly since early February. We're losing lots of points.
