I think he has been sold mainly to save on his wages - £10k or more a week adds up to quite a big saving - this is why I expect some other high earners to go. I am still staggered that someone like BWP is paid £8,000 a week - no wonder we are teetering on the edge of bankruptcy.

Well this is clearly gettable - but our batting is so brittle! Dawson got a good 50 the other day so i am hoping he will contribute - his bowling was good.

Sounds like we played well - Five Live seems to think so - but we need to convert more chances. As for the doom and gloom merchants, I really do wonder ...! We have played two of our harder games and marginally lost them - your thoroughly negative opinions might have some validity after 10 matches but not after two!

Well done Saints - sounds like Saints are playing really well, passing the ball effectively and deservedly in the lead. Let's hope they manage to win this one and start to disprove all the moaning doubting Thomases on here who don't believe the youngsters are up to it! Come on Saints!

Some people on here are very quick to judge others - maybe cast the mote etc? Unfortunately, a few stewards do like to push their weight around - there is good and bad in all occupations. Maybe Mr Caplen has reason to feel aggrieved?
