Last game of the season - always a bit sad as winter draws on. I am sure we are safe but it would be nice to do well and maybe end with a win. There is some prize money worth having.

I find this a very interestig thread as I have certainly been wondering why Gillett is so out of favour. A Charlton fan I know, who is very critical of AP, says he chopped and chnaged their side too often and had favourites and out-of-favour players. I think Gillett has considerable potential.

No dropped catches is something but we will do well to get a draw here.

I feel that top teams take every competition seriously - we shoudl be doing that and not going through the motions.

They need 21 off10 - I fear we have lost this one and don't seem to be taking the Pro40 very seriously.

Well we are Saints fans and we have liked to delude ourselves for the last five years at least! In the present circumstancesa draw at Charlton (the first points they have dropped) is good but we really do have to start winning. The last time I watched Saints in the third division was fifty years ago and i was 9! We should not be here but I do not see any sign of us getting out of division 3 yet.

I don't think that we have made enough runs with 205. They are 116 for 2 after 20 -at least Trescothick is out for 44 (SR = 142!). We need to bowl them out which is very doubtful.

4 to win - surely we can get these!!!
