according to the BBC stats we have only had 42 % possession - that's pretty poor for the home side. hopefully we will improve in the second half.

I am sorry but some of this is plain bonkers - Le Tissier was world class - i remember the manager of Brazil saying he was the only England player who would get in the Brazil side. Just look at the video 'Unbelievable' to see the talent of MLT - I am a great admirer of Rickie Lambert but he is no where near as good as MLT. I would say that MLT is the best player i ever saw play live - and i saw Best, Charlton, Law, etc, etc.

A great goal scorer from a great period in Saints' history - when we were one of the best sides around! I would like to hear what he has to say about the team spirit in those days and the players' relationships with each other and with the manager. When does he think Saints will return to the glory days?

Gareth Bale is one of the most talented players I have had the pleasure of watching at Saints in the last ten years - if he carries on the current trajectory he culd well be world class. Good luck to him.

98 needed with 6 wickets left - but carberry is out for 47. 62 scored off the last 10 overs.

115 for 3 now - I make that 133 needed off 16 overs which is around 8 an over. Both carberry and benham can hit big runs but I can see a steady fall of wickets.

86 for 2 off 24 now - it is still feasible but not very likely.
