You are a committed Hampshire fan - and so am I. You are much closer to the staff etc - but there is a real danger of just being an apologist for the current regime when in fact a better friend and fan would point out their shortcomings. They really do need some radical action in my view - two or three of the batsmen would be better off in the seconds getting some confidence back and that would mean bringing in the youngsters - could they be any worse?

We re just about to lose by an innings. Adams should drop himself and one or two others should step down too - can the youngsters do any worse??? I have not felt this despondent about Hampshire for a long time.

I think this is now a big test of Saints management - are we prepared to seek an injunction and go to court - or will we just cave in? This is typical Spurs behaviour of course.
