  1. Don't get too carried away mate. Crouch was a spendaholic who let the wage bill go up by some 30-odd% while the parachute money stopped and attendance fell. Crouch was no better last season that the T055ER Lowe is now. But as for sacking Nigel Pearson, I'm with you on that one. I will never do an incumbent manager down - and Jaan PF has my thumbs up while he has the job - but Nigel was our man when we was in a bind and we should have stuck with him.
  2. F@ck it. November 5th is still a week away. We should build a fack off big bonfire right in the centre circle at St Marys and f@cking burn Lowe alive like the f@cking traitor he his.
  3. Titanic? Nah. We would be so lucky. ***tty Lowe and his brethren would be too canny to steer into the iceberg and sink the ship outright without running off with the silver from the captain's table first. Lowe is stealing from our club. He is a tw-@t
  4. Southampton 'till I die and all that but I have to take my hat off to Hull. They are sitting THIRD in the Prem tonight. My God, if only...... Go on Hull, get yourselves into Europe for next season. Well played so far.. Any one else want to wish them well with me?
  5. Thanks for the post, doubleonothing. I was going to get to this game but a work commitment kept me on the Isle of Wight. Your summary of the game is most welcome, if not the contents... I was in a business meeting all afternoon but had told a mate to text me the score as it came in on SSN. I honestly thought he was having a laugh when he sent through the final score. We are a club adrift. We obviously have nothing and are now in the relegation zone....... BUT.... a) it is still 'early days' (but getting slightly teenage-ish) b) Lowe is a t-w@t b) there is a long way to go in the season, and if memory serves this time last year we were also starting to plan out away days to league one grounds... c) Lowe is a t-w@t d) Lowe knows what he is doing - Stern had to go, we have already got too many performing strikers.. e) Lowe is a t-w@t f) While he is the most obvious target of our frustration, Jaan PF is NOT to blame.... (see g. below for the one who i think IS to blame) g) Lowe is a t-w@t h) I totally support Jaan PF and his lads but.. i) Lowe is a t-w@t Ahh, Christ, I could go on forever. Our boys lost today. I wasn't there but I can only say the following: 1. Well done Our Loyal Fans who made it to Wales to cheer our lads on.. 2. Well done Our Lads for playing football, just do it slightly better next time, but we fans are - and always will be - with you 3. Thank you Jaan-PF for sticking with us, it ain't your fault you had to ditch Stern and all the others. You are working in a very difficult financial situation. When I shook your hand and looked you in the eye at the pre-season game at Farnborough I reckoned you were ok for our club, and still do.. 4. Lowe is a f-@-c-k-i-n-g disgrace to our club. 5. Lowe out. 6. Lowe out. 7. Lowey boy! are you still drawing a salary from our club?! Are you!??? 8. Lowey you t-w-@t if you are drawing a salary then you are stealing from 123 years worth of loyal fans donations and ticket receipts which made our club what it is. 9. Lowey - are you taking money out of the Club when we most need it? Are you? 10. Lowey my old T055er, if you are not taking a single solitary penny out of our club then feel free to come out and say it openly and I will retract all my statements thus far and make a £1,000 donation to the charity of your choice. 11. .... in the mean time I will openly state that you are a complete and utter t055er. You are robbing us to line your own purse. SHAME ON YOU.
  6. And the sixth goal for Southampton was scored by Bradley Wright Philips .... And a big Saints welcome to our new owners, Portsmouth FC. .... Will players' parents or legal guardians please report to reception. The players are ready to go home now. (oh, actually, this one might just be heard..) .... The Christmas party, hosted by Rupert Lowe, will be held in Yates after the game. .... Will the young lad in row Z please give the ball back, McGoldrick didn't mean to hit you. It was a shot, honest. .... The chain-gang this week will be taken from the Itchen Stand. This week's chores include cutting the grass, cleaning the locker rooms and washing the kit.

    Stern gone!

I know. He will score for them. And Lowe will have stuffed us once more
  8. we probably should, but not while there is still a bit more money left to pay Rupert's salary.
  9. he should never have been allowed to take the pen in the first place. Surely surman should be the pen taker
  10. You've missed the point. I, and no doubt a lot of others, don't want to pay Stern to sit on the bench. We want to pay him to be in the starting eleven. You don't win football games unless you score goals and the youngsters are not yet very good at doing that! Stern may be a yard slower than the youngsters but he DOES know how to find the net and has had a career behind him to give him the experience to do it again. The reason I am so p!ssed off with Lowe is that he is now cutting into muscle. And I am on record for supporting his cost-cutting program. But this is now too far.
  11. Moaning like a minny am I? What is a minny? And I am not moaning, I am getting behing my club. I still go to every home game and sing my heart out for the lads, and I NEVER boo them (unlike some). But Rupert Lowe does not get the same level of respect. And would you be kind enough to answer my question please? Do you think that Lowe should get even one penny given the state the club is in at the moment?
  12. Unfortunately I agree, although i don't "accept" him. Unless someone is prepared to buy his shares at the price he wants - which is going to be considerably higher than the 25p they are at now - then Lowe is going to be with us for ever. What a depressing thought.
  13. so what? He is a company director of a PLC. the level of his renumeration has to be made freely available. I didn't hear it down the pub. Don't assume i did. Assumption only makes and ASS out of U and ME. Are you some kind of a Lowe supporter then? Do you think he should be taking even a solitary penny out of the club at the moment? I don't.
  14. For Ducks Sake, I could do the job better than Lowe. And yes, I do want a club but if he keeps selling/loaning players who at least know how to kick the football into the goal then we are doomed anyway.
  15. yeah, but at least we would have the momentary joy seeing him clear his desk. I restate my opinion: if he is still drawing a fat salary then he should be hounded out sooner rather than later. Why should he get rich while he sells of the club's players? Its like that idiot Fred Goodwin who, until recently, was the boss of RBS. He paid himself eye-watering bonuses while screwing up the business. And when the sh!te hits the fan he just walks off into the sunset. It is morally wrong. Lowe needs to stop taking a salary.

    Lowe out

    Lowe out. Anyone agree?
  17. lowe out
  18. I have a feeling that this recession is going to cripple the club and the country. I have feeling that we ain't seen nothing yet.
  19. can't you eat her hat instead? what's her cat ever done to you
  20. we both know that lowe is getting considerably more than £52k. i heard it was more like £200k. which would be a complete disgrace and he should swing from the itchen bridge if he is robbing the club to that tune and letting go our experienced players because we can't pay them. lead by example lowe.
  21. 3-0 to the welsh. now that stern has gone we don't stand a chance
  22. good point, but then at the moment paying someone £1,000 per week can't be afforded.
  23. Oggy, oggy, oggy oi, oi, oi
  24. Nah, sorry but i wouldn't use it. i get free web surfing on my mobile anyway.
  25. Who would you rather see up front, Stern or McGoldrick?
