I get the impression that the right bid from the right investor would be welcomed by Lowe and Wilde. The club is screaming out for investment to clear its historic debts. AC on the solent forum indicated this quite openly. Without investment administration could happen anytime over the next 18mths.

Without investment a lot of our best young players will be sold in Jan 08 or Jul 08. The club's operating costs are still too high. We don't have much choice. Investment puts us in the driving seat. Hopefully any takeover will not change any aspects of the first team managerial setup.
