There’s not a simple answer to the PPE shortages. Yes, the government under estimated the abilities of NHS Supply Chain (a private sector company). The military is now supporting distribution. Things are slowly getting better. Nevertheless, there has been mass panic buying of PPE on the global markets by most governments. Trump has used the war time Defence Production Act to take control of certain medical and PPE products within the US. China has been selling to the highest bidders, as their production lines have returned to normal. The global shortages of PPE products and the raw materials to manufacturer them, have affected many countries. Economies with a strong manufacturing based have coped the best. In South Korea, Samsung has switched some of its production to PPE. The UK is mainly a service driving economy. This has adversely impacted on the UK. We’re too reliant on globalisation. When this is all over, deglobalisation will be something big business and governments will need to consider, in order to strengthen the robustness of international supply chains.

Sounds more like he’s receiving HDU care. Still not good.

Probably had precautionary CT scan to check for pneumonia. I suspect that the outcome of this has resulted in him being hospitalised overnight. 20% of C19 cases require inpatient treatment.

Updated corona advice for business has been released overnight to certain public bodies. Would expect it to be released to wider public in due course.

https://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/15804864.southampton-chairman-ralph-krueger-outlines-new-owner-jisheng-gaos-ambitions/ An interesting article from couple of years ago. I’m glad that we longer have to put up with RK’s comical interviews.

Plays RB and midfield.

Best performance of the season by far. COYR.

Great first half[emoji106][emoji41][emoji2]

A good point for us. A month earlier we would have lost that.

I suspect that two games in three days is too much of a physical stretch for Armstrong. He’s had a lot of injuries this season. So unlikely to be tactical, more of a forced choice.

Our home support is horrendous. We do have some right idiots as fans, who like to have ago at the team at any opportunity. I would rather they went and supported another team. No wonder the team plays with so much fear at home. -
Ralph is not the problem. It’s the ownership that is to blame. A failure to be competitive in the transfer market. Gao Out!
-
Our home support is terrible. It’s the legacy of selling off anything with a significant monetary value.
-
This. I just don’t get Redmond.
-
The atmosphere within the stadium is toxic. We deserve to go down.
-
Agree. Saw a different team today, a point and plenty of positives. Prior today thought we would struggle to stay up. But now confident that we’ll quickly climb the table.

A brilliant performance all round. Something to build on. Bring on Watford.[emoji106]

Crazy decision.

Cedric is poisonous. It was totally unprofessional of him to announce his attention to leave at the end of the season, on the eve of a really important game. His attitude stinks. I hope he never plays for our club again.
