Did I say a deal would go through next week? No. I said I believe people would start making their interest public. A team almost would cost more than we will cost now so if we can stay up we are probably a better option. Every thing is in place for the prem minus the team. Im sure a few players is a hell of a lot cheaper than building a new stadium and decent training facilities.

My point is that maybe this is the reason why nobody has gone public as they are waiting to see what happens. The prem is the only place for them to get a return so they might not mind only having to push up one league but having to push up two leagues would probably end any interest. The money they would have to spend on the team would mean they would probably look at a team halfway there.

Does make you wonder if there are actually any seriously interested parties but I do believe things will start moving quickly and people will start showing themselves towards the end of next week. Trouble is how many are 100% serious and how many are only interested if we stay up? I believe there are a few rich interested parties but surely we won't be getting any "Sugardaddy" if we drop into league 1. Don't believe we will be getting anyone like anil or murkesh ambani though.

I seriously believe we will. Out of the next six games I can see us winning one of our next two aways against ipswich and brum and then winning the next four. We've done derby once already and will overcome them again, although I believe they will be the toughest test of the three homes. Watched QPR the other day and their defence was even worse than ours when at it's worse. Blackpool away is a bit dodgy but again think with our newly found confidence we'll overcome them and then it's charlton at home which we will win quite comfortably going into our game in hand against watford knowing that a win will open up a healthy gap between us and the bottom three. Only trouble is everyone else seems to be winning too! All in IMHO of course.

:smt115David Prutton. Not sure if he was captain, think he was for a few games but i'd like to see him back either way. Only player who really looked like he gave a damn when we got relegated from the prem. Should never have sold him, even worse think he left on a free! Him and Oakley would be a dreamteam central midfield IMHO. In this league of course

Can't be much worse than James at right back! Get him in and then move James to right midfield is a good idea. James has put in some very good crosses this season just a shame theres only been Mcuseless there not meeting them.
