Mate I’m a big fat failure with this. I lasted less than 2 freaking weeks… The trouble is I like the taste and feeling, but like you I feel so much better when I don’t. My productivity goes through the roof when I don’t and have detoxed my liver. Clear head, better memory and a lot more patience. One of the Hamas leaders was interviewed on al jazeera recently and when pushed by the interviewer, actually admitted that they want all Jews killed and Isreal eradicated. 4 times a week is good going dude! Im averaging 3-4 but don’t do anywhere near enough cardio/HIIT.
