  1. No, that's the (typically screwed up) catholic version Here's the proper 1 https://www.bibleinfo.com/en/topics/ten-commandments-list
  2. I'm sorry but that makes absolutely no sense what so ever... Him creating and knowing everything is completely and utterly separate from the fairness he gave us with free will. You can decide to accept him and have eternal life or reject him and not have it. And because you love them sooo much here are a few :mcinnes: for you
  3. The text you've been quoting I've just looked at, and it refers to laws that have been set, yes? I'm not really asking you because it states it at the top of Exodus 21 Therefore in that time period, if you break certain laws then death is the outcome, therefore it's not murder, yes? The same as countries like the USA and even Japan kill people. If you don't like the punishment, don't do the crime.
  4. We were also given dominion over the animals so cobblers to all this veggie crap, too.
  5. I’m not spinning anything, does commandment 5 say thou shalt not kill, yes or no?
  6. Ok Matthew, here goes rabbit hole #431 The reason things like eyes have flaws in some people, and loved 1’s (including my own) get cancer or dementia is because sin entered the world when eve dropped a clanger and chowed down on the apple. Which again, comes down to God being fair and giving us free will. AGAIN, how cruel would it be to simply impose his will on us?
  7. No he didn’t!!!! What does commandment #5 say???? Thou shalt not murder! Therefore, as I’ve pointed out already, to which you seem to want to avoid and move the goalposts to, the WHOLE thing needs to be taken in context, not just the flawed sound bite you keep quoting!
  8. Get over yourself princess. He's so loving that he gave us free will to choose. It wouldn't be very fair if he basically took free will from us and made us believe in him no matter what, would it. You're choosing not to believe, that's you bag, so lube up.
  9. 1. yes 2. yes & no 3. yes 4. I can't make this any simpler for Matthew, all you have to do is believe in the blood of Christ on the cross and what it means for us and there's a very good chance you'll be saved. The evidence is His word in the bible, but you don't believe it. So drop em and bite the leather.
  10. Go on then, let's hear your flawed reasoning, again...
  11. Because we'll either open our eyes with everything God has for us or you'll be buggered by demons in hell for eternity
  12. I have no idea, guess some of us will find out 1 day.
  13. Lol, you absolute weapon Good luck in the future, you’re gonna need it
  14. Care to Answer my question?
  15. I understand them perfectly well... But seeing as you want to be pedantic, the messiah criticising Jews for not killing their own children is basically condoning it, yes? Even you can agree with that I'm sure. So here's the passage you were referring to, where does he say it? It's the same as saying you aren't a nonce if you agree with lowering the age of consent to 10. Nope, you're a nonce.
  16. The only thing you're answering here is that you simply don't understand the scriptures, at all... For example... Still wanting to know when Christ turned into a child killer?
  17. OK, let's get 1 thing straight here. Do you believe Christ existed?
  18. Complete and utter pony
  19. Fella, he could stand in front of you and show you the wounds and you'd still say he's a fake
  20. Apart from HIS soldiers writing about him!
  21. I genuinely have no ill feelings towards the guy and wish him all the best but he appears to take things in sound bites without taking things in their full context. Easter is a whooole new ball game. To which I’d be more than happy to explain to MLG why exactly Christ had to die for us.
  22. Ok, I’m getting really quite bored of you missing the point. Anyway. Luke 12:47 is referring directly to the end of the church age and his return. Meaning if you’re not expecting his return you’ll be going through the tribulation. By the way, 28% of the bible is devoted to prophecy and warning of what’s to come (or has already happened). But you don’t believe it so it’s irrelevant to you. Here is Mark 7:9. Where exactly does he say about killing children? https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Mark+7-9&version=NIV
  23. And this Mathew statement right here is why you haven’t actually understood the bible.
  24. I understand it perfectly well. The Jews are Gods chosen people, yes? I’m not really asking you, it’s a rhetorical question. And who are the slaves? His people, read Exodus. Who are set to receive an almighty beating at the end of the age? Yep, his chosen people. Read revelation. So when you’re talking out of your hairy 1 as usual you might actually wanna try understand what exactly He’s really doing, but you won’t because of your flat out hatred towards Him. Tell me something, do you honestly believe we’re here by pure accident/fluke? Seriously? Like the perfect distance from the sun etc with just the right amount of atmosphere etc for life to exist. Because if you do think it’s a fluke then it’s the equivalent of a tornado hitting a junk yard and building a jumbo jet. Which is typical of a self righteous, me first group of idiots.
