That is great pricing, but those who want it to be reciprocated for cup games remember we have to agree the ticket prices with the away club as the gate money is split 45% to each club and 10% to the cup organisers, so if the prices are high it might not alway be Saints fault! Regarding customer service, the dealings I have had with them varies. online & social media has been good, the shops have been ok but they can be hit and miss over the phone! I've had some of the best customer service I've ever received with them and some of the worst! I heard that Liverpool out of their 200k were going to contribute £2 per away ticket for the Liverpool fans. Another team possibly Stoke were running free coaches to a few places as well.
