  1. Not only is this of the highest level of stupidity but how pathetic the guy is doing a radio show sat there with two guns under his arms, like how insecure and pathetic do you have to be.
  2. Basically this, our best striker is injured and they can bring someone off the bench who is probably on £300k a week. We have a championship budget in comparison to Utd, the fact we compete at all is amazing and shows how bad in reality they are, they spend more on wages and transfers than pretty much anyone in Europe bar like maybe City and PSG.
  3. Nope. In constitution the state legislator can't chose the electors, they can chose the manner the electors are chosen and they had to do this by 3rd of November. Also the Supreme Court has already ruled that the electors can't just decide to vote for the person who didn't win the state. They have lost every single law suit now, I think its up to 38, and basically they are getting laughed out of court and more importantly because it would be perjury, they are making no actual claims of election fraud in court, basically there is no case. In PA the courts said that a case was not made for even ONE SINGLE ballot to be illegal.
  4. Well that is biggest problem, the Republicans who have no backbone and no principles because they need the fanatical idiots to vote for them. They should have come out right from the start and stamped this down but very few have. It's going to be an interesting 4 years for the Republican party, there is a divide there similar to the democrats except the democrats divide is on policy you have centrist establishment and the progressives, but with the Republicans its this divide between regular normal conservatives and basically Trump fanatics, its not a disagreement over policy its normal conservative values but still believing in facts, the press etc. and then these fanatical idiots who only want to hear what they agree with and will attack anything they don't like. Like I said they have turned on Fox news because Fox is literally telling them the truth and they don't like it, they are calling them sell outs for not continuing to believe in the Trump cult. I fully expect Trump to try and run again, which is scary and its an important 4 years for democrats to not let the people down and go back to their old ways of being corporate light republicans, they need to stop fighting their progressive wing and embrace it, embrace the populist policies properly and they will dominate US politics for the next generation if they do it properly and the republicans are fighting trumpism. On a wider scale though Trump and to a little extent Brexit have been a sad erosion of democratic principles, belief in elections, freedom of the press, respect of facts and the truth, instead you have this very bitter tribalism with particular in the case of Trump this fanatical devotion to the cult of his personality and the rejection of everything really the US is supposed to stand for. These people don't believe anything but what they are told by their 'side' and that is scary because that is how totalitarian dictators get in. It just astounds me that many people voted for him and continue to believe these election fraud claims, not to mention these people think it fine for news outlets to be attacked and silenced, for political opponents to be locked up or kidnapped, that its fine to pander to white supremacist groups, that are fine with immigrants being locked up and forcibly removed from their parents etc. These last 4 years makes you understand how things like the Nazis happen, that a lot of humanity is just not very nice or good and are quite happy for horrible things to happen to others if they are not on their 'team'.
  5. That vid man, I fell like I lost brain cells reading the comments. It astounds me people can be this stupid, you have to fear for millions of Americans mental health when Biden gets sworn in.
  6. I see I need to change my quote to millions of Americans and some clueless British people won't accept reality...............
  7. It's genuinely scary that millions upon millions of Americans are basically part of a fanatical cult that won't accept reality. They are even turning on Fox news now for basically telling them the truth.
  8. They are not very good but they seem quite flukey, Brighton battered them at home and somehow lost. Without Ings we don't have the most efficient scorers and I think we would need to converting the sort of chance that Walcott failed to convert against Wolves to make sure of a win. Plus they are likely to get a pen as they seem to always get pens, refs seem to be desperate to help them out. Not sure Pogba being out is actually a good thing for us, he's exactly the type of player that would struggle against our team, having to track runs, constantly getting pressed and having Ward-Prowse in his ear all game. Pogba is a bit of a passenger when they don't have the ball, fails to track runners, makes clumsy tackles etc. McTominay on the other hand is probably a bigger miss, he puts in a real shift for them, is decent in the air and is disciplined. Can seeing us losing like 2-1, think their raw counter attacking pace might catch us out and feel we might not take our chances. I think of the 'big six' our style is least suited to Uts and maybe Spurs because both those teams have basically evolved into counter attacking teams.
  9. He goes on a rant after that Leicester game, a game where after being 2-0 since half time, he uses two of his subs in the 89th minute. And then complains they have a game on Wednesday.
  10. Away to probably the best of the rest (or maybe second best of the rest), without Ings, after an international break (which we never seem great after) then I would say that is a good point. A week now to prepare for Utd, hopefully we can give them a good game.
  11. Tactics Explained: Southampton ^ Worth a watch
  12. But worse finishing and composure. (not to mention pace and acceleration) Ings CA for for FM20 is 146 In FM21 it's 151, Hardly call that a big increase. JWP CA for FM20 is 140, In FM21 it's 143, he's gone up 3 CA, even though he has been playing the best football of his career and got into the England team. Whereas someone like Mason Mount has gone from 140 CA in FM20 to 150 in FM21, yet if we look at something like whoscored, Mount got a rating of 6.91 for the 20/21 season and JWP got a 7.19 for his 19/20 season, he also wasn't even that far behind in goals and assists to Mount, even though he played a deeper position and played for a better team. So someone like Mount gets a CA boost of 10, but JWP only gets 3? AND JWP has started the season better than Mount, he was voted in BBC players of the season team so far (and is obviously a big part of Saints success). It makes no sense to me that someone JPW has worse CA than someone like Mount or Maddison for example (who also has 150 CA). And he is a better free kick taker than all of those. Since records for free kick efficiency began in 2004, no one has scored direct free kicks at higher conversion rate than JWP of players that have taken more than 50 free kicks, so statistically he is the best free kick taker in the PL of the last 15 years. 16 is the same rating as last year and he's clearly become even better at them over the last 12 months. Bale for example has 12 free kicks goals in his whole entire career spanning over 500 games (club and international), JWP has 8 in way less games and yet has worse free kick taking..... Like I said FIFA has him rated as the best PL free tick taker in all stats. 5 years ago Gareth Bale was one of the best players in the game, his CA was in the high 180s, in FM20 that had dropped to 173 and his CA has now dropped to just 156 in FM21, which reflects his drop in performances. As far as I can tell most people are rated on their last 12 months, Ings has been excellent for the last 18 months. Vardy has also been good over that period, hence why he has stayed at the same level. But Ings scored more goals from Vardy in open play and has a better goals from open play per 90 than Vardy does and matched him or exceeded him in every stat going. Over the last 18 months Ings has been as good if not better than Vardy, that is just a statistical fact (aside maybe penalty taking), so IRL Saints have a striker performing at the top level, at a level amongst the best strikers in Europe, but people managing Saints in game don't get this player, they get a player level below what he is doing IRL. FM comes out every year, players get adjusted on their previous seasons, I showed that with Bale and Mount, but you don't seem to have done that for Saints. It's not about fan bias, I just showed you statistical objective based evidence and comparisons to how other players are rated in the game. Ings and JWP both in the players of the season so far - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/54867591 Best PL finishers of last season - https://totalfootballanalysis.com/data-analysis/best-finishers-2019-20-premier-league-data-analysis-statistics whoscored.com for the performance of Mount and JWP last season. ^ None of those are biased Saints fans, those are either neutral fans or objective stats. Either you are being too pragmatic or your fellow researchers are not being as pragmatic. Statistically and base on non-saints fans opinions you have clearly under rated them. Do you really think people would come out and criticise you for 'bias' for example if Ings say had 17 finishing and 16 composure and like 157 CA or JWP had 150 CA with like 18 free kicks? I seriously doubt it. ------------------------------ I also agree with the other guy on the staff, they are all worthless, you can barely hit 3 stars with some of them, coach ratings are obviously quite hard to judge but none of them are PL ability based on their level in game, you wouldn't even hire them for like League 1 clubs to be honest, there are lots of lower league coaches who are way better. (cos you often have to use those to replace them all!)
  13. Pukki is seems to be a better striker to me than Ings. Vardy looks amazing and way better, he has 18 finishing, yet Ings was way more efficient at chances last year and scored more without pens, only has 15? The most exciting player in the squad is Salisu and he won't have been done by MLG!
  14. Got to say Ings and JWP are a bit disappointing, they look about the same as last year. 16 free kicks for JWP? And Ings has 15 finishing? Even FIFA made JWP the best free kick taker in the PL. Also how does JWP not have like driven or at least professional for personality? He's known by far to be our best trainer and very professional and hard working in training.
  15. I always buy it at whatever the pre-order price is, people pay like £50 for triple games they complete in like 10-20 hours, I get 100s of hours out of FM, at £30 its a bargain they should really be charging more to be honest. ---------------- Hoping for a big buff to Ings and JWP this year MLG.
  16. JWP was in all 3 of the main writers from the Athletic, team of the season so far. KWP was in two of them.
  17. He's had a very good what last 3 months if you include re-start but that seems a bit much. I mean in January we couldn't get him out the door quick enough, fair play to him though much improved. Again though a bit like Stephens, you have to wonder whether this a purple patch of form and he'll return to more his old error prone self, or whether this a good defender who is finally showing his true ability after a poor first two seasons?

    Djenepo

Flair seems to be his key attribute, you get at times he doesn't often know what he is going to do let alone the opposition. Be interesting to see how he develops, whether Ralph can add some steel and some final product consistency to him. Certainly as others have said he seems to get injured a lot which is not going to help him get much consistency.
  19. Interestingly those 3 players are our highest rated players on whoscored as well.
  20. We only have two first team players over 30 don't we? Bertrand and McCarthy. And most of our back ups, Walcott and Long aside, are young, like 22 and below.
  21. It's good to see though I kind of think the people rating might be a little harsher on the big club players like Liverpool fans on Utd or City player and vice versa. It's probably an indication that we have no real rival set of fans to downmark our players and we have probably put in some good highlighted performances on TV as well. Our players have definitely been playing well as you can't argue with the table and the results, but I think this more shows we are currently everyones unexpected neutral favourites.

    20/21 Kit

Club contacted me about my LD Sports away kit, offering me the Sportsbet.io shirt as a replacement, they e-mail you a code then you just re-order the new shirt in the shop and the code removes the price. This seems to allow you to purchase any of the sportsbet shirts, so even though I got the 3rd away with LD sports, I was able to order a home one. The code will also cover any personalisation you had on the shirt as well. So considering my LD sports logo fell off, I now have a nice white with red sash 3rd kit with no sponsor which looks way better and I'll get a home shirt as well, which is a nice bonus.

    Sport Republic

Derby going top be bottom of the championship tonight. Obviously a long way to go but a League 1 club for £60 million is potentially a lot and there are wage caps in League 1 so even harder to just spend to get out.
  24. He's going to get banned from twitter as well, political leaders get special status as it's in the public interest or something so they aren't subject to the same rules as other users, but once he loses that he will go.
  25. I think by the end of the day its not even going to be seen as that close. They are predicting the leads in Georgia and PA will become relatively comfortable for Biden, especially in PA where apparently Philly mail in ballots are 16 to 1 in favour of Biden, so all these thousands of votes coming Biden is getting like over 90% of them. People saying the lead in PA could be like 50-60k ahead easily. Georgia should pull up to more like 8-10k in the end if not more. And even in Trump favouring counties across the country mail in ballots are favouring Biden by about 60-65%, so the supposed close races in Nevada and Arizona are not really going to be close. He won Michigan by a lot larger margin than Trump won in 2016. Biden is now looking likely to have 306 Electoral college votes, something like 74 million Americans voting for him (by far the most in US history of any President), a good 4 million plus lead in the popular vote over Trump. Biden and the Dems don't really have any policies, their campaign has essentially been 'he's not trump' and let's get back to the old status quo with Joe. Which is working, and after seeing Trumps outburst including a press conference that included the most lies in an presidential address ever where he literally undermined the democracy of the United States its not surprising its their tactics. Plus they are unlikely to have a lead in the Senate (as they need to win 3 potential run off elections in Jan) so for the first two years Biden won't be able to do crap anyway because of that giant c*nt McConnel won't give an inch for any progress. So Dems will need to up their game for 2024, especially as Joe Biden will be 82 and his health is already iffy so might not be able to run and likely will not have got much done in his Presidency except stabilise the country and not act like a giant tit, so they can't just run a campaign on being less worse than the other guy and expect to win.
